Said we had a law suit with the I.r.s.

Said we had a lawsuit pending with the IRS. Fraud.

Left messages that they are filing a lawsuit!!!

I received an automated call today 12-16-15 saying the IRS has a lawsuit against me. Caller ID said it was from Vancouver Wa.

Got a call from this number with the same automated message as everyone else.  Don't think the IRS does business this way.  A certified letter would be more like it.

Same as others this is a scam this been al over the news  they are in a call center spoofing numbers . The IRS will always mail letters and people will have to sign for them . They acted like a officer read fake charges said a lawsuit never belive some one over a phone report them and call the police so others do not fall for this IRS scam

Received a call as the others telling me the police were coming to my house with hand cuffs and take me to jail, for lying on my tax
es for the year 2011-2013 unless I paid them right away, the guy had an accent and was very rude on the phone, I played along and asked them how much to  make it go away he said my choice either pay up $2,100 now or the police were coming to my house in 45 minutes and I should not screw with the government this way, there is a law suit   on me. what concerned me is they had my exact address, they repeated it to me. and my name. I did not tell them.. Beware of these phone calls they are not for real.

I actually asked them about the certified letters, they told me 3  were sent out and I ignored them, and to take my issues up with the post office not them. I feel bad for the people that fall for this and ending up losing money, and being scared.
