Calls but never leaves message

These people called my phone identified themselves as hrg. When I asked what is hrg? They hung up on me. I googled them and called them back. They asked what number I was calling from. I told them they are getting no info from me. I told them I have no medical bills and called them f%$&* idiots.

Someone from this number (360-587-4121)called me at 8pm, stated that I had some form of urgent business with there medical facility, said something about sensitive information, then hung up. Didn't identify themselves or the so called facility.

They did the same for me. Told me to look up their website (no www. Just gave me their long name) and said not to delete or erase this message, like it was a missed phone call? It was completely automated and took 30 seconds for it to say anything

They have called me twice in saying they are with hrg and when I ask if they are a debt collector they tell me they can't answer that till I give them my birthday... and then I tell them they have to tell me if they're a debt collector and I get hung up on.
