Left message that IRS was filing suit against me.  Left message to return call.  Called 3 times yesterday. Obviously did not return call. Identity was simply Aberdeen,WA

Said I had law-suite for back IRS taxes wanted over $4800. They said they where there IRS

A guy with an accent called on Friday. Alleged he worked for IRS, and I had a $6000 claim which he is willing to adjust to $300 if I paid it over the phone with a card within 12 hours.

The kicker was at the end, when he greeted me goodbye in Arabic. That may explain the accent. Islamic terror funded by scams?

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Called and left a message saying there was a non-available arrest warrant issued for me. The phone is still in my deceased step-father's name. I usually do not call back, but this made me so angry I did. The first woman I spoke with called me a b*tch and hung up. The second time, they kept asking if I was my step-father (is this so and so?). I told them he was deceased and I was calling the police, FBI, whomever I needed to. I told them over and over to remove me from their list, and all they could say was "have a nice day." Finally after getting loud with them, I was told my number would be removed. DEFINITE SCAM ARTIST. My step-father passed away almost a year ago and had never been to Washington.

Called w/computer msg 3/11/16 - ~2:30pm; arrest warrants and lawsuit, call before further action is taken

I spoke with an Indian-sounding guy named Paul Fernandez and kept him on the line for 15 minutes or so. I tried to find out why Indians smell so bad but he couldn't provide an answer other than they have no clean water. I told him Indians in America smell bad too, and we have plenty of water, and that's when he hung up. I plan to call at least once a day for the next month until I get an answer.

I got a couple of messages from this number stating an IRS lawsuit and unavailablre warrant  against me.  I could barely understand the guy becaus he accent was so thick (which made me suspicious) and when he said his name was Officer James Smith, I was really not convinced but went further with him (plus the oonnection was terrible).  He said the IRS wanted $90,000 from and threatened to take my home, car and everything else.  He quoted all kinds of charges along with code numbers and said I could settle for $1600 and needed to pay right then.  When I stated I needed to contact my tax guy to see what he did on my taxes to cause such charges, he said I was arguing with him.  He then transferred me to a woman who was suppose to be his senior mgr or something.  We had a bad connection so I asked if I could call back in to get a better connection and then I called and reported the incident to the real IRS.  Thank you for this forum because I googled the phone number first and it helped me to know for sure it was a scam.

Correction**  My bad typing.  They wanted $1,900 to resolve the lawsuit and warrant.

Same IRS scam on my voicemail.  I want the 5 seconds my life back that it took to listen and delete this voicemail.  I know my IRS record and history very well.  Oh, what a scan this is.

Got a phone call stating I owed 6000 in back taxes and I was committing tax fraud and they were gonna take my home and bank account and vehicles and I would go to jail for 3-5 years. They have called everyday and are harassing my elderly mother with dementia and she is reliving this on a daily basis. SCAM!!!!!!! Sounded like a middle eastern man said his name was John Smith.

Just got a voicemail stating there was a warrant filed against someone a lawsuit and left this number 360 637 4945 to call back. First of all who's this law suit going towards too because there was no name given and when I called the number it just kept ringing and ringing. Stupid much.
