This is a scam from reading previous posts. They said they were a Windows Care ...and my computer was at high risk for crashing. The 360-718-3542 was the number I was to call back to have them 'work on' my computer. I have caller ID and the number on the ID was 206-456-0661 which was on your scam list. I'd consider adding 360-718-3542 to your lists due to association.

My computer had crashed.  "William" called to say he knew my computer crashed, he was picking up malicious malware warnings from my computer.  However, he only had an alias I use for my phone lisitings, and he had a phone number I never give out. He wanted me to hit the "window" key and the "R" key simultaneously.  I hung up

This is a SCAM!!!!!!!! They called my home claiming my computer with Windows XP, had "malicious malware warnings" that he was picking up from my telephone number. When I continued to question him he would tell me this was an "emergency". So I looked up the real windows customer care number and they told me that they would NEVER call my home.
