called my cell phone, left a message to warn me that IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.....should at least have my name

called to say IRS is filing a law suit against me? I hung up called back and he had a nerve to say this is the IRS like I'm stupid, I hung up.

This Indian accented man called me about 30 minutes ago telling me that I owed alimony to the IRS, what ever the hell that means. If your going to scam someone at least make it somewhat believable ! This scam was about as effective as Delhi infrastructure.

I just had a message today. Same [***] came out of Austin,TX in the last month. Go to IRS site find fraud, which will eventually take you to the Treasury Dept. and fill out complaint.

Caller from IRS telling me the same stuff.
Said his name was Scott Gage. Said my bank account would be frozen and I would be arrested on fraud charges.

got them calling me 5 times today, stating I owed over 4 thousand, and had less then 24 hours to go to i.r.s or hire a criminal attorney......

I received the same B.S. "IRS" call from this number on 2/27/15 at 12:35 p.m. -- I didn't listen to the call, as my Voice Mail converted it into a text and here's the message left there: "The reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 360-262-6451. I repeat, 360-262-6451."
So, also be cautious of the second number as well!

I got the same message today.  I emailed my local FBI office to report it.  There just may be someone out there who might
believe it and start panicking.  I would like to see these people get flushed out and taken down.

Got the call yesterday March 5, 2015 they left a message on my landline recorder. It said IRS is  filing a lawsuit against me and I need to call them back. SCAM SCAM SCAM written all over it

Got a call just now with an automated message stating that the IRS has a lawsuit against me blah blah... Three weeks ago I recieved a phone call from two men with mid-eastern accents saying the same thing, but more forceful in his tone. These people need a good old fashion a$$ whooping!!! 👊💥

The last call I got I just laughed at the East Indian guy who told me his name was John something.  He informed me that I had to get a criminal attorney and call him back with the information as well as send the money I supposedly owed the IRS.  I told him that instead of trusting an anonymous voice on the phone, I'd wait until the IRS showed up at my door.  They do not CALL with threats.  There was a long silence and he finally said, "ok". and hung up.

I have received phone threats twice now and have called the police to investigate this phone number as they are a land line.

Auto call message saying IRS filing lawsuit in state court. Not likely. No letters etc.

Auto message saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call back to get more information about the case file. Call came in from Buckley, WA.

I received the same message today.  Unbelievable!
