Caller Id "Buckley      Wa", did not answer, no message.

Caller left message claiming to be IRS who is supposedly filing a court case against me. I didn't answer nor did I call back

Left an incomplete message about a lawsuit.  Looked # up & saw these posts.  Did not return call.  The I.R.S. does NOT make calls.  They send registered letters and DON'T use collection agencies.

I get a call from this number that IRS had a law suit against me  and I say What your name and employee number  and they hang up on me . This scam try to get your info. If they was the IRS they not gonna call you they just sent something in the mail  .

Called my mother in law...vulnerable adult.  Represented themselves as IRS saying that she owed money and a lawsuit was being filed. I called back. They answer as Internal Revenue Service. When I pointed out that the IRS doesn't make outgoing phone calls and that I'd like to speak to a supervisor with an ID number, the reply was a very professionally strung together grouping of profanity.  Going to give number to state attorney general.

Call said they were from IRS and that I owed taxes- and that someone would be by to arrest me shortly.
Said I would need to pay $5,000 when I was contacted again or would be arrested.

Computer generated phone call allegedly from the IRS stating they were filing a lawsuit against me. Told me  to call  360-761-4361.  Never addressed me by any name. Did not call. Don't fall for this, it is a fake.

Blocked the "IRS"

The female voice  claiming to be from IRS and they have been trying to get in touch with me.  They  will be filing a law suit against me.  I need to  call immediately.

They have called multiple times stating the IRS is filing a lawsuit.  I know they are a scam, but today I decided to call them back, and asked them to quit calling me, the man answered with swear words, and said he would continue to call me back.

Received a call stating I was being sued by the IRS from 360-761-4361.  IRS does not make phone call.  This is ridiculous!  Turn this in to the news channels so they don't prey upon the elderly or gullible.

3607614361  Called me saying my business owed past federal income tax and they were filing a law suit. They had strong Indian accents and were hard to understand. I told the to fax me.   No reply. Sounds like a scam.

Its a scam.  The IRS does not call, they mail stuff to you

Caller says IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  Calls have not stopped for three days.

This # called my Sister and myself. When they called me I was aware of the scam and played along with them for some time. I finally asked if they would like to send there wife to my place so that we could take it out in trade. At this point they became very belligerent.... LOL it was fun..

My call from "IRS", was a recorded message, not a real person. I could tell because it was left on my message machine.
Replayed it several times. Same thing, said I owed taxes. Agree with other posters, IRS (real one) would send letters,
