All local.  All have caller ID "SSI."
I never answer and they never left a message.
BUT, a quick Google search turns up SSI as a market research company.

These people call day after day, always from a different number, never leave a message.  Blocking doesn't seem to help, because it's always "SSI", whatever the heck that means.  Seems to me if you call day after day and no one answers, you would have the sense to know you're not wanted!

You're expecting scammers to care about your wishes (and it's called neighbor spoofing)
