I received a Phone call from this number and it was a record messsege saying that I have problems with the Irs and they want me to call them back to that number, but I'm not going to do it until I receive a letter from the IRS....

You are smart Cesar, the IRS will send a letter and a certified letter if you don't respond to their letters.  This is a creditor trying to collect for someone who may have a similar name as yours but it is NOT the IRS.

Recorded message says that the IRS is in the process of filing charges.  The IRS does not call.  Probably a debt collector looking for someone.

Hi, Cesar.  I just got a message from this number saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  For me to return their call immediately.  I know if the IRS is needing to get a hold of me, they will send a letter.  I will not be calling them.  I hope this helps.

I got a similar call as well. I just ignored it!!

Received a call claiming it was the IRS filing a lawsuit against me.  IRS doesn't call. They will send a letter.  Do not respond.

These people are calling my job.

I also received one of these calls claiming to be the IRS... For starters, it was quite clearly not an actual person, but some sort of automated voice system... and then there is the fact that I've only been in the US for ~ two months, so I find it rather unbelievable that the IRS would be filing any sort of lawsuit against me already!

Recorded message says that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. I was asked to call back the 360-861-4622 number. I did not.

I receiced the same call and automated message. I ignored it. The IRS will contact by mail if they need to. These are scammers wanting to make money off of innocent people.

I got the same call. I will ignore.

I've had these calls frequently in the last month. Also had about six months ago and before. They've called from serveral numbers which I posted here, this must be a new # because I blocked the others. It's not a debt collector. It's your run of the mill con man saying they're the IRS and law enforcement is going to arrest you by days end if you don't respond. Well, it's been about a year and I'm still waiting for the police to bust down my door and take me in. I called them back a long time ago and they didn't even know my name. They were calling my wife and my name would have been on the joint tax return.

this is a total scam I heard about this on tv the IRS will not contact you this way it will be by official mail not a phone call to get you to pay them online I want to call them back around 3am their time just to kiss them off---ignore this caller it is a TOTAL SCAM!

I received the same type of call and did not call back.  I deleted the message and will block future calls.

This number called my husband's phone and left a voicemail for me saying that there was a lawsuit against me and to call back immediately. I googled the number and found these posts. Thank you!!

Beware off this fake IRS scam every one Google IRS phone scams read about them.  They call and and leave a voice mail saying final notice a lawsuit vs me to make me scared and call back that spoof phone number.please report them to police so others do not fall for this scam this been on the news use common sense the IRS mails letters a lot off them where u have sign .

Scam don't call back this number there in a call center looking for victims to call back I got same call as every one else they in a diffent country post on your face book about this scam
