- RH@21631New number used by the Payday Loan scum that claim "... you have recently applied ...".
- Caller: Payday Loan
- Call type: Telemarketer
- JiggerJiggerleft a message: Congratulations! You have qualified for. ?. Etc,etc....
- Call type: Telemarketer
- FredLeft a voice mail, something about pre approve loan, keep getting these messages, almost always from a different number.
- KentuckyI'm like {FRED}; I don't know how this bunch gets our numbers but, boy, when they do it's on.... I started receiving these particular calls about pre-approved loans and reduced interest rate credit card scam about a 2 weeks ago. They call all day, all hours of the day and late in the evenings, normally they won't leave a message on the machine but the last few days they have started to. Of course, these calls are scams, they spoof their numbers and hide their ID's with fake or ambiguous names. Blocking them does help but with so many numbers they have available it only seems to just slow them down a bit. Anyhow....This number is linked to a scam operation and I'd advise anyone receiving a call from it not to answer, and block. Have a nice day :)

- TedCalled. Left no message.
- Julie| 1 replyCalled. Left no message. I've been getting a lot of calls from unknown numbers lately. They don't leave messages thank goodness. Wish they would go away. I have a prepaid flip phone so no way to install call blocking.
- D. CherHung up after pause when I said hello. Not the first time.
- Caller: Unknown
- LoadmasterCalled by cell phone. Did not answer. No message left.
Assume it's just scam spam. - Loadmaster replies to JulieAdd a distinctive ringtone to everyone in your phone list, i.e., people that you know.
So then when you get a call with the default (non distinctive) ringtone, do not answer it, and just let it go to voice mail. If it's important, they will leave a message, and you can always add their valid number to your phone book.. If they don't, just ignore it. - MJ| 1 reply"Heather at Account Services", calling about my credit card debt...ya right! These useless idiots get a new number every other day it seems like. Called on my cell but is now Blacklisted thanks to the "Extreme Call Blocker" app! At least there are tools out there to fight these morons!!

- Office FlunkyThis number called the office this morning before anyone arrived. Calls with this caller ID have called my house, and they've been calls from Accounts Services and the like. So, I suspect that's who called from this number.
We've also received calls to the office from the following numbers having the same caller ID:

- DaveI get a lot of these calls from a bunch of different numbers. They always call themselves "Cardholder Services" (I don't have a credit card anymore, since my divorce). Lately, it's been from India or Pakistan, or at least that's my guess based on their accents. They claim to be from Ohio or some other place in the US, yet they always pause before providing that little bit of information. They also pause before providing their names, such as Bob........um, Roberts. When I asked if that was really his name and expressed disbelief, he demanded that I prove he was lying. I've asked for their physical address, and they always refuse to provide it. One caller said he'd give it me so I could send him my wife (again, I'm divorced). He hung up when I told him I'd be happy to, but he may not enjoy it as she is probably more difficult to satisfy than his camel.

- RonThey don't "have" your number. It's a bunch of computers offshore (and out of US law enforcement jurisdiction) that call billions of numbers at random from a numerically generated list. And they fake the caller ID, usually to a vacant number so it can't be traced.
Interesting thing is, the voice scripts are quite professional. Somebody is selling the technology to thieves as a "get rich quick" scheme. Would love to trace it back to whoever is peddling the scam.- Caller: Heather
- Just BettyThe phone only rang two times then they must have hung up, no voicemail?? Call came in from Texas!!!!!!
- SharpGalYes, these people are fishing for information about your credit information, I got his "name" and company name, but when I began to ask another question, he ended the call. When I called the number back I heard a distorted added to the do not call list. TOTALLY BOGUS/FRAUD!!!
