Other sites have reported that this is some sort of generalized scam number for offers for solar panels, auto insurance and the like.  Same old everyday scammy products and services.

I'd block it myself.  

Called saying i had credit card debt, as i have a recycled phone number thought it might be because of the previous owner, but they couldn't tell me the name on the account, and then claimed it was my wife.  When i suggested they were being slightly rude they hung up.

I got a call from this number (Corpus Chris TX), offering a consolidating debit.  I am not interested who is on the other side of the line. I am curious how they get my number, since I had been extremely cautious in provide my number to regular companies. I know for the fact who get my number : my bank, my employer, my wife. For all other, like utility companies, online accounts, etc.. i use a registered VOIP MagicJack.  And that phone number can be changed random base on the needs.

Received a call from (361) 400-3192 at 12:24PM PDT, did not answer, no voicemail left.

Scammers - block them and report them

I do not answer my phone to people I do not know. I figure if they want me they will leave a voice mail. They called me around midnight the other night and have called me 3 times in the last 2 hours. How do I block a number? I suppose I could answer and just say DNC

If your on a cell phone it should block numbers if not look for a free app on the store. If home phone ask your provider how you can block calls.

they call me all the time, i even answer and they didnt, recording say good bye....  gonna block them.

3614003192 Calls daily to sell auto stuff. Just told the lady this is a DNC listed # and she told me to shut up and then hung up. Yea I really don't think you are a real company after that phone call.

Report this company to the FTC and State Attorney General via their websites. I did and the calls STOPPED. You may also be eligible for 1,000 for harassment.  Good Luck. Together we can put these dirtbags out of business.

These people obviously foreign companies in asia, using a permitted call center here in the usa. Calling from (361)400-3192, and 415-376-1448! This should not be allowed, nor should my insurance company or place where i bought my car or whatever be allowed to sell my information! These people harass me for months now. They have straight up lied to me, gave me a fake webpage a few times, that was an actual reputable company autocareusa.net, which i have spoken with the owner. He is not involved at all with these people and is trying to prosecute! Today they were giving me a different webpage but i couldn't understand him, this guy even was trying to cuss me out "quietly" from his call center saying F you! Now if thats not harassment i don't know what is? Ive asked these people literally at least 65 times to quit calling me, remove my number.. Etc. And literally 3 minutes after i hung up on the jerk, a different lady called me from same company and the above number listed. I asked her what website theyre calling from, she said they didn't have one! I asked what country she was calling from, she said from Dallas tx. Then i proceeded to ask her why she was calling from a san francisco number? Thats just the call center...tried getting Dallas address, i cant give you that information. I started to get mad because of all of this... She said i need to calm down or she is gonna hang up, she did! Lets see how many times they call tomorrow because they called me five times today from 3pm till 7:30!! Ive been told that their headquarters are in florida, then next day conversation saying its in California.

Any numbers that call on a regular basis get programmed to be forwarded to a gay porn line.

I get calls from 3614003192 and 415 3761448 from all over the Contry. Tex, CA, Mi, Min and other states. I ask them not to call anymore, that I was going to report them and they usually reply "I WILL CALL YOU BACK"

Got a call today & no message left, so I called the # & a very nice lady answered telling me that the government is working to save me money with lowering interest rates.  I told her I have non since I was 16 since I pay my credit cards in full every month.  So -0- cannot be lowered.  She told me thank you & hung up.

I think they have auto generated call center. Much like politicians and government agencies use robo dialing programs.  They register multiple numbers from multiple states.  It doesnt help to block them.  I have blocked about 20+ numbers and still new ones come up.  On the off chance I get an actual person when I answer they ask me about auto insurance.  I work for an auto insurance company and they never do cold calling.  they only contact people who ask to be contacted.  Your insurance companies are also bound by privacy laws and your written policies from giving out any of your personal information.  If you have never given out your number like me then they have a robo dialing program that randomly dials thousands of numbers at one time and which ever ones connect get then assigned to an actual person.  Then the first caller to pick up gets the rep.  That is why some people talk to a person and some people just get the hang ups. Its like making a three way call on a larger scale and then ending all but the one that connects.  There is not much any government agency can do until they find the company in the US and prove they are doing something illegal.  I will just keep blocking them and when I do talk with someone I will get as much info as I can.

It's a scam claiming insurance company quotes and all they need is your SSI,copy of a drivers license and pass book,mothers maiden name and your work.
