They called my home phone after saying hello 3 times they hung up. Real professional!

They have called  3 times in the last 10 days and told me to shut up.  they are complete phonies.

called claiming to be windows tech support.

Some called me from this # and said that they are getting a signal for my computer and when I began to question them as to who they are and how are they getting a signal from my computer they hung up the phone.  Then I tried to call them and I got a recording say that my call could not be completed as dialed hang up and try again. What's up!!

I got the same call...I have been getting calls from this and not available from indian people that I cannot hear. This is the first one I have been able to hear...they said the same thing they said to you.

I got a call from this number and the lady called me by my name and said that she was windows service center and to sit at my pc and hit the control button , etc. etc. I told her that I did not know who I had on the telephone and was not about to do that and I eventually hung up after telling her that I would call her back and find out if  this was really windows service center.

the only time I use the phone number they called me on is for Crigslist ads , I put uo a ad on SF C/list at noon .

This persian sounding guy calls , saying there was warning msgs on the screen for tek support , can he speak to the computer operator ?
I told him do not call again

June 25, 2012.....to an Ontario number....no connection made..

this number called a few minutes ago.  No ID.  I didn't answer and no message left.  I am in Calgary.

I just got a call from this number but I didn't answer because I was suspicious of this area code. I googled the area code while the phone rang and found your comments. Thanks everybody for the warning!

Thanks for posting that Jade- As a reminder to NEVER call back phone numbers you don't know.

The called me twice and I answered the second time.  Could barely hear the guy, but he had an Indian accent and said that he knew I was using a windows system and that he was receiving emails from me.  I told him I was on a secure mac, and he said sorry and hung up.

I keep getting calls from this number, people with strong indian accents, saying they are phoning about the windows on my computer and when I say  What Computer? they hang up.
