1)...let caller leave a message if they are reputable...no message means caller is phishing for a pickup...
2)...called back number from a different phone and this was the reply" : your call cannot be completed-please check the number and dial again..."
3)...added number to a log of callers I keep in a spiral notebook
4)...copied and pasted this 'message' to whocallsme.com and 800notes.com website comments sections
5) ...have a nice day...

6)...if this number attempts to call me again it gets added to my 'block caller' list
7) now,,,ya'll, have a nice day

This is spoofed caller ID.  Telephone numbers in the North American number plan area must begin with digits 2 though 9.  As far as I know, as of January 2015, there are no exceptions to that rule.

I received a call from ID 366-050-9776 and out of suspicion allowed the answering machine to pick up the call.  The caller left no message.

I believe tele-scum are starting to spoof caller ID using telephone numbers starting with zero because some filtering software will not allow numbers starting with zero to be entered into blocking lists. The incorrect assumption is that you've made an error on your list entry.  That sort of software is living in the past when spoofing caller ID was a rare, if not impossible, occurrence.

Some telecom operators are either clueless or looking the other way intentionally, and allow customers with digital trunks to inject any information the customer wants without any sanity checking.

Total Scam - want access to your computer.  Say they are from legal....heavy accent.   Number is false...

this is the second time i have gotten a call from this number and this time i answered and it what a person with a foreign accent saying they were fem microsoft technical support and they were getting error messages from several computers in this area of Oklahoma and wanted me go in my computer and do something.  told him to stuff it in his ear and hung up.

Just a bother really, block them.

  We have been getting this strange phone ( 366-050-9776) from this person and my sister called back. This person answer with a strong accent, asking if we have a laptop but we don't have it. Beware of this scam,

Have been called by this  "windows support team" numerous times about errors and viruses on my computer.  The speaker sounds like from India.  The last time he called he said that they wanted to know what state I was in so that they could send a bill for support services.  I said you're the one who made the call you tell me what state I'm in.  Told them I would not be paying any bill and to stop calling me.

Got the call. Didn't answer, no message.

Another "microsoft tech" call once again informing me of the messages being sent from my computer.  Changed story about windows message to my "mac" sending messages when I told him I didn't use windows,  Finally hung up on me.  Wish they would just give up although I know they won't because sooner or later someone is going to believe their bull.

Caller just called about computer with foreign accent knew my address but hung up when I said I don't have a computer

Very quiet

This number called my cell, & like a fool, I answered it! After I said hello the 3rd. time, some guy just laughed. I called him an a--hole & hung up.

Received a call from an oriental accented man stating that he was from "tech support america" and he is calling about my computer connected to the internet that it is sending fatal errors to their servers that it is going to crash.  I let the IDIOT GO ON A LITTLE BIT, and I asked him again what computer is sending these error codes and he again stated that it was myt Windows 8 system connected to the internet at this phone number that he called. I confirmed this and then asked him for his call back number as I was very scared about this problem and wanted to talk to my spouse about the repairs needed, he hesitated than I began to laugh uncontrollably at him as I am an IT Tech and was sitting at my desk working on my system as I was speaking to him and let me clarify my WINDOWS 7 system not 8.  So with that said I asked him when he got the report and he stated just a few minutes ago. I advised him that the only system connected currently is my iMac and that he was nothing but a total SCAMMER.  With a few explicits in there as well I guess he did not like that as he hung up the call.  THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT ALLOW THEM INTO YOUR SYSTEM AT ALL, THEY WILL ASK YOU TO GO TO A REMOTE LOG IN SITE, AND ONCE YOU DO YOU ARE DONE AND I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR DATA AND ACCESS TO YOUR SYSTEM.  THIS WORLD IS SAD WHY DON'T THEY GO GET A REAL JOB AND WORK LIKE ALL OF US AND PAY TAXES.  BTW I AM ALSO A RETIRED LAW ENFORC. OFFICER. AS WELL.
THEY WILL TAKE IT OVER JUST HAD TO REDO A CUSTOMERS SYSTEM FROM THE SAME EXACT THING.

I had the same thing happen to me and a forighn lauguge guy called  twice saying that my internet was going to crash athat he wanted to know our names and we just asked him if he was just wanting to hack in my system he hung up such a SCAM
