To reduce the number of unwanted email and texts you receive, use these tips:

Be careful about giving out your mobile phone number, email address, or any other personal information.

Read through commercial web forms. Some websites allow you to opt out of receiving email from partners – but you may have to uncheck a preselected box if you want to do so.

Check for a privacy policy when submitting your wireless phone number or email address to any website. Find out if the policy allows the company to sell your information.

Do not respond to unwanted texts or emails from questionable sources. Several mobile service providers allow you to forward unwanted texts by simply texting it to 7726 (or "SPAM") to block the sender. Check with your  provider about other options.

Use a "junk mail" or "spam" email filter.

For a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Was asking me hey what's shaking cute was looking thru your pics your cute (but I didn't post any pics of me) and was trying to get me to go to a private Skype web site. I don't know how she got this # she even sent me a picture of her laying on a bed blowing a kiss. I don't give this # to strangers. I asked her if she even knew my name but she avoided that ? This girl won't leave me alone and keeps texting me sayong she knows me. She sent an innapropriate picture so I turned my phone off. My phone doesn't let me block callers or texters.

Got a text that said "the next time u pass me by. I'm going to tap it, reply back"

They texted my mom saying her cleavage  was hypnotic and needs to get her in his life. She was very disgusted with this

Yeah I got a text from this number saying
"Excuse me, do you have a Band-Aid? I skinned my knnee when I fell for you."

I thought it was my sisters new number so I had replied back, but later found out it wasn't. After looking at all of these responses to this number, I conclude that it must be one very bored boy, who needs a new hobby. Harmless, yet annoying. My advise would be to ignore the text completely and erase the message.
