This number called my cell and my MIL looking for my husband. Stated they need to serve papers on him as a complaint was filed. Makes no sense. I know this is now a common tactic used by debt collection companies but we don't have any collections. It was a recorded message also asking that we call back and reference a case number (this tells me it is a debt collector).

Got a harrasing call from this number stating that was gonna serve me documents about something that was 8yrs old all, what happen to the statue of limitations, very rude then transfered me over to the manager ms,mckenzie clearly she was in on the scam they talked alot of trash.Consumers beware they are a scam scam scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caller: GB FINANCIAL

Scam company saying they are going to ..."serve me papers" on some debt they claim I had.  So, I told them to come and serve me and no one ever showed up!  HELLO, process servers don't call BEFORE they come, they just come!

yes I got calls 2 straight days from these idiots and told my friend from the FDLE.  He told me that no complaint can be filed when someone is using their own name and ss #.  I have been disabled since 2004 and even had what was left from my student loans forgiven.  They are either scammers or some debt collector.  I filed a complaint against them for harassment.

Received calls from (385) 218-6059 stating they had received an order for processing also stating they would aggressively pursue me at home and work. Received a case number and funny enough I received calls from a similar number only the area code was (605) and the case number was exactly the same!!! Really? Aggressively pursue my rear end. Bunch of bullies attempting to scam anyone they can.

A company called BCN Financial also GB Finacial (same company) keeps calling me and my family and friends threatening to send a sheriff from my county clerks office to my house and work to serve me papers on a debt over 10 years old. They finally got a hold of me and told me if I don't set a settle amount with them today within 3 days someone will come to my house and serve me papers and have a sheriff arrest me. They keep hounding me and hounding me for our an hour on the phone. They got my name wrong and wrong address but had the right social security number. They told me I get one chance to settle this or I will lose my house, car, money and job.... Please help me they keep calling everyone I know that has nothing to do with this. Making my life hell.... The called from a Salt lake city number but asked me to return the call from a Kansas number and the man I talked to gave me his company name of GB Finanicial but they lady he transferred me to said it was BCN Financial .... Very confused

I have been getting the same harassing phone calls. It is an automated machine and they keep calling my work and the call my cell phone right afterwards. Any suggestions how I can block them from calling my work. I'm not as worried about my cell phone as I am annoyed but I really want them to stop calling me at work.

Second time I have recived a phone call as such. One time prior from a different company several months ago, but the same exact threat. No sherrif yet to servr me papers. They said, that my county would be out to serve me at my residence or job. Last time it was for a different debt, which does not exist and this time for another debt that does not exsit. I simply tell them that if a Sherrif is going to serve me , he knows where to find me . Considering I work closely in parts with the police dept lol. I check my credit report and don't have any outstanding debt. I feel sorry for those who have fallen victim to these people. They are very believable and would threaten me if I was not so aware of these scams. They even have call my Family and have done the same thing to them. Complete and utter SCAM. These people should be ashamed of theirselves. Please don't give them any info! !!!!

Received multiple calls on cell phone stating they are going to serve me papers at home or work and that I have 2 outstanding debts. Definitely a SCAM, do not give them any info.

Just got a message from a Gina saying the same thing...Going to come to my residence and employment and serve me papers. If they only knew. LOL Let them come. It would finish my day off awesomely

I just received the same call a few minutes ago and was completely confused. They stated I had two charges pending and that they would come to my place of work or my house and that once they "found me" there was nothing that I could do. I was like uhh not likely and who is this? This is a ridiculous scam. Glad that I saw this thread!

Got an automated voice message saying they have papers to serve me at home or at work. No idea what they could be serving me. Nothing I collections.

Got the same as above. Went to my google voice. I do have debts, don't get me wrong, but I am paying them.

Received a call from this number earlier today, and they left an automated vm including a reference number. I called back got this rude lady, and told me that they received via fax 2 charges and 2 complaints in their office and that they were working with my County and State to get my husband served with papers on these charges. I asked what charges, she ignored me, she then asked for the last four of his social, and again I asked her what are the charges. She then said she couldn't tell me and told me good luck in court then hung up on me. Two hours later they called my husbands phone.  Totally figured it was a scam, and then I found all these comments on this phone number. People need to get a job and provide their own money instead of trying to scam others out of theirs!!

Calling me like today acting like I'm gonna be worried about a complaint.

They are a scam.  I believe it is the FTC you can file a complaint to.  Look up the BBB wherever they are and file a complaint in that city they are located in, file a complaint withe the Attorney Generals Office in their location as well.  They have been calling my home looking for my brothers girlfriend.  I just spoke to a girl there and I told her that she does not live here quit calling my home and that you are a fraudulent company.  Of course she said she was not.  I told her google the company number you call from and see what it says about you.  She never told me the company name but when I said you are GB Financial correct?  She was quite for a moment and I told her I know this because I am on the internet looking at all of the crap about your scamming company.  She claims she will remove my number.  We shall see.  If she does not I will make it a [***] storm for them with filing complaints with al the above companies and Ripoffreport.com and various others.
