I have gotten at least a dozen calls from "federal financial" using 385 229-3204. calling this number back gets a message "welcome to IMS, blah blah, then stating if you want to be removed from our call list, press... HOW ABOUT I AM ON THE NATIONAL REGISTRY. If they don't respect that, why would they remove me from their list simply because I pressed what ever key?
