I got a call from this number and have no idea who it is or why they called. Left no messages

Just got a call from this number, the caller ID showed it was Federal Financial.  A woman said I had been selected by a lottery to get a "scratch card" and I was certain to win, but did not have to buy anything and this was not a sales call.  I asked where she was calling from and she said Draper Utah. When I asked the address she hung up.

Criminal scam. Avoid.

I just got a phone call and asked me for the manager and I said there is no manager at this time and ask me do I work full time or part time? I said why she said there some kind of prize for me. I said thank you and hang up.

Just got a call. They left an indecipherable message on my voicemail.

Lady said it was not a sales call, offered a scratch card or something, I hung up at that point. I get the feeling she was calling from India.

Got a call from Utah. Woman said I won a scratch ticket. I told her not to call my number again.

I just received a call form this number and being that I have an iPhone I blocked the number from calling me again.  

Just received another spam call. I answered said hello one time and did not bother to turn the TV sound down. No one answered my hello so I hung up after a brief pause.

Got a call from them today and the gal said she wanted to speak to the manager.   I said, "You just did" and hung up.  Love doing that to these clowns.

I have my number registered on overlapping do-not-call registries, yet receive callers constantly without message or abrupt hang-up upon inquiry.  This call just happened.  Caller identified as having a business affiliation 8+ years out of date.  When I asked 'what is this call in regards to'?, he hung up immediately.  Utah caller.  

Most American telemarketer and cuisine service agents are from India they aren't calling from India idiot!

That's exactly what I was just told.

Received a phone call on my cell from this number at about 1 p.m. CDT today. As I remembered part of the number being a telemarketer, I didn't pick up Received several alls from this number before.

She asked for a manager then when I said this is a cell phone she said "yes I'm looking for the owner of this cell phone". She said it was a call from financial federal then asked who she was speaking to and when I asked what the call was about, she just hung up.

Called today.  Caller ID said Federal Financial.  A man called saying we won a scratch off.  When asked what he was talking about the guy couldn't explain, just talked about a winner.  We hung up.

Strange, my call came in   +385(22)932 08.  The robos are getting smarter or stranger.
