385-229-3219 called and whoever was on the phone spoke with such an accent I couldn't understand a word and I hung up on them.  caller id said federal fu..... whatever that is.

Got the call. They asked to speak to the manager...I asked for which department, then they hung up.

We get these calls multiple times a day. It's always a woman with a thick accent asking for a manager. Then she introduces herself saying she's from Federal Financial and that our number was picked in a drawing to win free _____________. I think most recently it was Scotchguard or something. I dunno. I can't understand her.  It's definitely not legit. It's just a waste of time, and it's starting to get in the way of business.

This number calls me 5-10 times PER DAY! Lady with thick accent asks to speak to the manager. This is driving me nuts! Sometimes they call from a different number, but it sounds like the exact same lady.

They call our main office line several times a day.  I have never answered but I think I will just so I can tell them that I'm going to report them for harassment.  Company names shows up on caller ID as Federal Financial.

A women called asking for a manager. I think she called before, it's really harassing calls.

This number called me this morning with horrible boiler room noise in the background.  Caller ID showed Federal Financial and the girl calling asked if this was _____ company.  I asked who she was and what company she was calling from an she mumbled something about Federal Financial and repeated her question again.  My best guess based on what this caller asked me is that they want you to say yes to something and have you recorded as saying yes.  

just received a call from this number.  Federal Financial Group.  Sounded like WWIII was going on in the background. Get a haircut and get a real job.

We too get this call at our business and it is as everyone describes.  Lady with thick accent asks for Manager.  I used to play along and ask which department but now I just put her on hold till she hangs up.

After I answered there was silence, then hang up.  Have had these before.  Maybe she recognized my voice and decided she didn't want to deal with me.

Call from Federal Financial 385-229-3219, frequent calls even though I have requested to have our business removed from their calling list.  05/29/14 call was similar to the ones described by others on this site; something regarding a winning offer and Scotchguard.  When they call they are usually QUITE rude when I explain that we are not interested and generally they hang up before I can finish asking to be taken off of their list.  

Asked to speak to a manager, let him know I need to know why he was calling, so I could get him to the right person, he hung up on me.  Sounded like a Chinese voice.

Called, asked to speak to manager.  When I asked what this was regarding launched into my number being chosen for something.  Connection so bad that I simply hung up.

2nd call in as many days from this scammer.  I'm on the do not call list.

Once I announced that I'm with a specific type of company, they hang up.

Called and hung up before I could answer. They called back and again and hung up before I could answer.
