Spam Call - Did not answer - did not leave a message

Got this robo call right after a previous spam robo call - so they just changed the outgoing number and called again.

another call to bother me,so what is gov doing about these calls? Nothing,do not call list is a joke.

Called, I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number even though it's my business phone. Added number to Call BLocker Pro so bye bye pukeholes.

I answered this call because the number appears to be local for me. After a 2-3 second wait, a person on the other end said "hello?". I could hear a lot of background noise like the call was coming from a call center. Before I could say anything, the caller hung up. Not sure what the point is, maybe they're collecting live numbers?

"FEDERAL FINAN" was on the display. They hung up after 2 rings.

They called and when I picked up there was silence. I called the number back and the message said " if you want to be taken off this list press #2.  So I pressed it and then called them back. This time the message said " Thank you . Your phone number has been added to our list!"  I couldn't believe that they did the reverse of what they said!!!  So I called back again and heard the same message "if you want to be taken off the list press #2".  I think it is criminal for them to lie and add you to the list when you specifically asked to be take off.

I think the company is "international Marketing Services" out of Utah.

Caller ID said "Federal Financi"  (assuming financial)
did not leave a message.

This was the 1st call from Federal Financi (CID), 19June2015 12:44PM PDT. 385 is a Salt Lake City, Utah area code. Call was blocked since previous bogus, scam calls originated in this A/C.

Picked up call just for yucks. Male with heavy Indian accent said that my phone number had been drawn at random and that I had won a drawing from Federal Financial. Told him to go to hell & I hung up. Have no clue to what I won, lol. I don't care.

Caller ID was FEDERAL FINANCI  What a crock of buffalo chips.  Maybe even elephant chips.  Blocked by no mo ro bo.

F* these call spamming jerks. May they and their families suffer lingering and painful diseases and financial hardships as a result of their spamming and scamming.

Obviously scammers.
Did not answer and added to my blocked number list.

Never answer these calls - if you do NOT recognize the number DON'T ANSWER!
Never call them back - they're scammers and will not take your number off a call list.
Never talk to them - they're scammers.
Block their number if you can, ignore their calls if you can't.

Picked up but no one spoke. I called back and recording said "press #2 to be added to DNC list.....   very odd and waste of time.

Its a robocall

Not sure who this is.It might be coming from overseas in a call center or in a boiler room.Were they try to scam people.The number must be spoofed

Multiple calls from this number and same Caller ID. 5 Rings today. Never leave message nor is there anyone on the other end of the line if phone is answered. Abusive spam caller. BLOCKED.
