Call Received, call Blocked by Phone Tray Pro 2/15/17 137pm

Called today 1.33 pm. Caller ID says Springville UT.  No message was left.

I honestly believe this was a telemarketer.  If it is, there should be a law banning names such as "medical center"...they know full well most people will answer if they see that name on their CID screen.

Scammers scamming again! Got a call on home phone. Pressed on and immediately pressed off. I don't want them to have opportunity to leave voice mail.

Caller ID showed Springville, UT.  Didn't answer and they left no message.  I wish the phone companies gave us the option to accecpt or block phone calls by area code.

I don't know anyone in Springfield UT, I blocked the scammer

Yeah, looks like the scammers are stooping to new lows. "Medical Center"? Really? Now which one would that be? I'm sure some overly trusting people will probably fall for it. Geeeez..............

Called and didn't leave message

Caller-ID said Medical Center.  It was a recording that said they were "responding" to my request for information about a pain-relieving back or knee brace, which was a lie.  I talked with a sales rep who repeated that I had requested info about a pain-relieving brace.  I said I didn't contact them.  He said I did.  I asked for his company name and got something like The Brace Center.  I told him he was violating several federal laws and that I would be reporting him to the FTC.  He said "thank you for contacting us and have a nice day."   Didn't seem concerned.  I called back and got another recording but no company name.  Probably a "real" telemarketer making cold calls in violation of the DNC list.  But why should they care?  If they insist I called them first, the government will do nothing to them.

The call blocker I bought online for less than a hundred bucks offers that option.

No message. Blocked # and AC with call blocker equipment.

I normally don't answer these calls but I was  waiting for a DR to call so I answered.  It was a ROBO call with a recording stating someone at this number requested information on a back brace. I hung up because no on requested information. I blocked the number and within 3 minutes they called back and got blocked.

Didn't answer, no message

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago.  ID'd itself simply as "Medical Center" and a quick search of the number showed it was coming from a number in UTAH!  I live in Illinois!  Didn't answer call and let it hit voice mail and when they left no message, I knew it was some sort of scam.

Unfortunately by doing that you just told their computer that your phone has a human attachment as only humans pick up and hang up.

They called and left a message that I called to order a back brace.  Blocked them - Ha Ha!

Why are companies allowed to continue deceptive phone calls to market or scam people? Tired of these unwanted calls.
