Received a call from a man claiming to be George Martin. Who is he???????????????

He is a scammer for a "loan company".

Called our business with a recording claiming to be part of a federal debt collection. Never asked for a specific person just rambled on about being a collector and how the law had been broken.

Received weird message saying that there were allegations against me but never said a specific name and I was being investigated by their CI department.  Luckily I know that this is not true and this would not be the manner in which they would contact me and that they would use my name.  Beware of this caller.

I got the same call from a person named George Martin and told me he was going to take me to the court house but couldn't tell me what for.

Also received a call from this George Martin.  I let it go to voicemail then tried the number from a different phone.  Definitely a scam.  I seem to be getting a rash of these calls on my cell number all of the sudden.

Indian guy. Left a voice message stating that I had broken the law and that they would give me the opportunity to settle out of the courthouse. No idea , scam

this bs number is calling my phone acting as a  officer attorney

Received a voicemail stating that there is an allegation filed against me and to call him right away if I want to settle out of court.
Received this call before and called. Said a warrant for my arrest is in place and to settle with them if I don't want to go to court. Asked how I would want to pay.  I asked for the law suit # and court it was filed. When I called court , no suit with that # and not even a correct file #.
Definitely a big scam. Beware. Thank you.

This number left me a voicemail, exactly like you stated above. An Indian accent person saying that are allegations against me and to be settle out of the court house. I freaked out for second then decided to research to check the credibility . Thank you for the information.

I answered the phone and a message started playing-thick foriegn accent but attempting to enunciate-stating I committed a financial crime.  He repeated a phone number 2x to call back to attempt to settle out of court.  I called number back from an unavailble line and a message immediatley answers stating "this is George Martin ..."  then I call again and an Officer Francis answers and asks how can I help you...

first time on call like this stating I have committed a crime.  But, many calls recently offering me assistance with a business loan-I am not a business owner, never have been, never suggested to be....hmmmm

Total SCAMER!  Said I had broken the law via voicemail and I was going to be sued in court?!
