Caller ID said "SSI". I didn't answer it. No idea who SSI is.

answered the call on the second ring, line was live but no one spoke. Then a hangup after about 20 seconds. Caller ID said SSI too.

Just received a call from this number i said hello but line was open no one spoke and then got busy signal .Time was 5:19 pm .They arent open at this time

Five seconds of dead air. Then caller says "hello my name is X, I am not selling anything, can I please speak to Y". Hung up, Caller ID said SSI.

This was my second call today (which is a Sunday) from SSI.  I didn't answer. The other number was
1-401-859-5266.

Constantly calls all day

they call me at least 3-4 times a day, I never answer. I finally decided to answer and put my speaker on mute. i didn't even say hi and a woman comes on with "My name is X and I am not selling anything, can I speak with *my name*" Speaker still on mute and it sounded like she muted hers too because I heard people in the background while she spoke. When I didn't say anything, it got quiet and she came back with "can you hear me?" and immediately hung up. blocked.
