Got a call from this number AGAIN today after pushing 2 to remove myself before. Some message about the American Healthcare association or some nonsense, and they've found me some great plan that is going to save me money. This time I pushed 1.

Lady comes on the line and thanks me for calling. I quickly corrected her and said no, I didn't call, your robo-dialer called me. How many times do I have to push 2 before the robo-dialer stops calling? She started to apologize then shut up. I could still hear noise in the background, but every time I said anything she was pushing buttons on the phone. Very rude. I told her fine, I could push buttons needlessly, too, but I'd be reporting to the FCC and hung up.

If you call the number back it gives the option to press 1 to be removed and nothing else.

Just got a call from this number.  Didnt pick up, they didnt leave a message.  I called back and got a recording telling me to press 1 if I wanted to be placed on their do not call list.  I pressed 1 and they said to allow 24 hours to go into effect.

I got the same call as well as my family's cell phones.  Does everyone have Sprint phones?  We just got them and have been getting multiple scam phone calls and texts.

    Annoyed in Philly
Received fourth call from 401-365-6267 in the past 3 months at a non-residential number. Call started with prerecorded msg claiming "this is the last time we will contact you before raising your credit card interest rate." Pressed 1 to speak to a rep (referred to hereafter as 'Tard), who immediately demanded personal and credit card information. Upon being refused this, 'Tard demanded to know whether there was any debt to be resolved. Said "Nope", to which 'Tard got his shorts in a wad and proceeded to mount a pathetic arguement/attack over the use of the term "Nope" (obviously due to having nothing better to argue about LOL). Told 'Tard that everyone knows this calling nonsense is just a scam to steal personal and financial info in order to futher harrass and steal from people. This shut him up finally, so took opportunity to warn him that he and his idiot cronies need to cease and desist if they knows what's good for them. Called him unprofessional, immature, and stupid. 'Tard tried to start over, hung up on him. LOL'd some more. [***]!

I looked this up because it is my ten yr old daughters line. I found all your comments and YES I DO HAVE SPRINT. If this seems to be just through sprint I will have a serious problem with that. (not like I and do much about it but thats straight messed up)

Just had that number ring me. I didn't answer, they left no message. I *69ed it and was told that I could not have the number dialed back for me. I will try & call them and press 1.
    Thanks  for sharing your experiences.
For the concerned Dad: my phone is not connected with Sprint in any way. Don't know if that helps. Good luck.

Im on Tmobile, they called me too,  no message as well.  I am thinking if you call them and press 1, it confirms that your number is valid, so i would NOT call back!

    Verizon cell ownwer
It seems that quite of you have sprint. I am a Verizon customer and just woke up to have a missed call from this mysterious number. I searched 401 area code in google and found it's a Rhode Island area code (I live in washington State. Then I saw this website and what was the first number on it? The one that had just called.

Its frustrating to find out its this healthcare something-or-other, because they already called me 2 weeks ago and I asked to be removed. Guess that doesn't work. Maybe I'll just keep the number and call them every hour and harass them for a change until they remove me off the list.

    new iPhone
Keep getting these calls on my new iPhone. The phone is only three days old. No one has the number but three people since I haven't had a chance to get it out to everyone yet and yet I'm still getting these calls.

I did the "do not call" list button twice. Then this last time I hit one and talked to a live person and told them "This is my cellphone and I need you to stop ..." and before I could get anything else out he just hung up.

    Reporting to the AG.
