car warranty spammer

Unknown company called my cell phone.
Called them back from my MagicJack App on my tablet (so they don't have a real number at which they can spam me).

I get a computer generated voice saying "Thank you for returning our call.  If you received this call by accident, press 2 to be removed from our list or call back during normal office hours. Thank You".  If you press "2" it just repeats the greeting for up to 5 1/2 mins.
So I just keep hitting "0" to repeat the greeting and tie up one of their lines so one fewer person can be spammed by these guys.  If only there was a way in the MagicJack App to conference in their number over & over, so I could tie up a bunch more..

Ostensibly an 'Extended Automotive Warranty' call ~ however I believe they are just trying to find and list thousands of 'active' phones to build lists to sell to other Scammer/Telemarketers...
I have answered before and after I told them 'no thank-you' and they have assaulted me with a string of expletives and suggestions what I can do with my 'Blankity Blank Car', (dark place, no sunshine), they hang up and then call back another day from a new number.
I keep blocking these numbers on my cell and reporting them to the FCC on the DoNotCall website, (I also emailed the FCC, asking why SPOOFING is allowed), however the SCAMMERS keep calling every day or so from a new number, just one or two numbers off the original ~ THIS is a SCAMMER using Spoofing technology to call under FAKE numbers and showing different locations....

BTW ~ NEVER call them back and NEVER press anything to 'take my number off your list'....
By doing so, you are telling them that your number is an 'ACTIVE' phone-line and then it is recorded and SOLD as such, to OTHER scammers/spammers/Telemarketers....

Got a call from this number, cox id shows Otoe on called id...  No message left on voicemail !!!

Another call from them - same as above...

Relentless clowns.  I finally had to block them
