claim I am going to get 40% off my telephone bill unlimited long distance call waiting etc etc.
Next month on my phone spoke very broke English

I keep getting a call from this number 402-317-5162. They keep asking me questions about my phone or something, it's hard to understand through the thick accent of the person calling. When I asked to be removed from their calling list they hung up on me instead. When I try to call back I get some waiting system saying that I am caller #2 with a 2 minute holding time.

Could not understand them, called them back.. on my cell phone kept getting message my
call is number 3 and waiting of 15 seconds, and then number 2 waiting time is 15 seconds
and then # 1 and hold time of 15 second... Well it was more like 8 mins. and they  said

They won't stop calling

The lady called said something about 40 percent off, said I was with quest which is not my server. Then listed of three other servers, I said you must have the wrong number, she said" I am sure I do not" , I said "I am sure you do and please take me of you list". She argued with me and I repeated 4 times take me of your list. She said thank you and hung up. I called there number of the call display.It played music and a message saying you are caller number 1 and the wait time is 15 second over and over until it says goodbye and hangs up. Time called was 8:37 and the name with the number said Fremont  Ne 402 317 5162. Must be a scam .

Got another call at 8:59 tonight.. Sounded like a [***] from China or Japan.. phone cut off
try calling number nothing....
must had cut off at 9:00 pm

Got a call from them tonight. Broken english speaker woman..."It is my job to inform you that you will receive 40% off  your telephone bill next month..." I interupted and said "I have Comcast" , thanks and goodbye.

Keep getting calls almost every night.  Say they are an energy company and that they got my number from PSEG.  My number is a private, emergency use only number.  I've told them various times to take me off their list.  They keep calling.

Wish we could do something about these stupid calls what is the point of them

Got a call from 402-317-5162, Answered, and they hung up right away, I called back and an automated message kicked in saying the number was no longer in service.

Got several calls from this number. No idea who or what they want. No messages left.

I've answered these idiots several times now, and each time ask to be removed from their list and am to that will not be a problem, yet they keep calling!    I wish they could be fined $500 per occurance, $250 to me and $250 to the feds.

Called at 7:15 p.m. PDT, 6 July 2012
Caller ID showed Fremont NE, never left a message.
When I called the number back, the phone line clicked and went dead.  Did not ring or get a busy signal.  Did this a couple of times with the same result.

My phone number is not published and is on the Do Not Call List.

I just got a call from that number, I answered and I could hear many people in a room in the distance but nothing else. I thought someone from Fremont, Nebraska pocket dialed me. When I called back silence for minutes, then the signal went dead.
