Claim to be Cassandra Donovan from National Credit Adjusters attempting to collect a debt. They claim to have been attempting to contact us. We have not received any paper correspondence. We contacted the FBI and they told us unless they send any paper correspondence to not pay them a dime. National Credit Adjusters is a company that has a legit website. At first we did attempt to settle with them and made one payment. When I went to check the balance on their website it had stayed the same. They had no information on their about our payment plan. We immediately contacted the credit card company and advised them the payment was fraud. We also requested the documentation regarding the debt when we made the payment. We have still not received anything. Just received a call yesterday afternoon and this morning. They left a voice mail attempting to locate my wife as if they had never spoke to use before because they used her maiden name even though we gave them her married last name.

To me this just screams SCAM to me. Do your research before paying them any money.
