These people have called my wife's cell phone a dozen times inthe last 2-3 weeks looking for a Micheal Simon . . we have repeatedly told them they have a wrong number, but continue to call back.
Today, she was told it would take 4-5 weeks to have her number removed to not get calls anymore . . .

Been getting calls for 2 years now for diabetic supplies and no one here has ir has ever had diabeties.
For 2 years they promise that in 30 days the calls will stop.
They never do and I am listed on the national do not call list too.
They do not care. So I am starting a personal war with them.

This is supposed to be from Deluth Mn and is coming through my phone as Patriot Global Marketing, their call center is in the Phillipines. The Philippine President has just signed into law a bill to stop pervs, cyberchimes and company harassment(spam calls) and they are supposed to begin seriously taking people off the spam call list for real but how soon that begins is anyone's guess.

Look for any business working relationships associated with the companies facebook profile, look for names in the companies photo folders too such as:

You can even find some Philippine Governement pages on facebook to send messages to.

If we flood everyone associated with this company maybe they will stop calling us all for 2 years straight and really remove us from the call lists like they lie and promise to now.

This is pretty much war at this point.

I'm tired of receiving these calls,  if they don't stop I will turn it over to my attorney and see what we can get from them.

Calls from this number have been coming to my cell phone from one to three a day for the last week.  I have deleted the call each time without responding.  I wish this number could be blocked.

This number has called my cell phone 1-2 times a week since I've had the darn thing (almost a year).  I answered it once or twice but nobody ever talks, they just hang up.  I never answer it anymore and they never leave a voicemail.  It is not a big deal to just not answer it, but it is a little annoying when they keep calling during work hours and my phone starts ringing in the office.  I could keep it on vibrate, but most of the time I can't hear it and I have a three year old in daycare, so they need to be able to get a hold of me.

Just frustrating...

4 calls in two days---i was worried  about it since "402" is nebraska area--so i called back--1st time got nonenglish speaking man--2nd time he answered and handed phone to a woman---who also didn't speak english so i could understand it. who do we call to report this?

Just turn it in to the do not call registry.

I received a call from this number (1-402-779-7660) today and answered the call but got no response. For those of you who have smartphones and are not aware, depending on the make and model of your phone you can probably make a new contact for this phone number and then the contact's calls can be blocked.  On my Android phone the calls do not show up in the call log, so if you are collecting call information to enter a complaint with the FCC on this company you probably should not block the contact.  If you see this as a lost cause and just don't want to be bothered by these people then add as contact and then block calls from them.  It works well for me.  Cheers

I have been getting a call every day for about a week.  I answered they asked for Jordan.  I said they had the wrong number.  Then they asked to talk to Dennis Rodman.

Just filed with the Do Not Call Registry...these people call all day long every day and won't stop when asked.

Today their caller ID is "CPAP".  We don't have a CPAP but we are listed in the DNC registry.  These folks are obviously breaking the law.  Beware!

We have been getting continuous calls from this number for the last 3 days.  Caller ID says CPAP but no one here used a CPAP.  We have not answered the calls but they are so frustrating.

phone says "Diabetic Saving".....but guy asked for me and said something about me having "sleep apnea".....ha!  I said "not me"..I laughed and hung up!

We get calls from this number constantly.  Sometimes they come through as CPAP and sometimes from Diabetic Saving.  When I answer to ask them to remove my name, there is no one on the line.
That is the most frustrating thing...getting a person on the line so you can ask to be removed.
We don't have a diabetic or someone with sleep apnea in the house so how did they get our number?

STOP THESE CALLS IMMEDIATELY...I am considering "legal" council for harassment from Diabetic Saving!

The Do Not Call registry is useless.  There is absolutely no enforcement.  These people know that and just ignore its existence.
