google voice won't let unknown numbers through to my phones - no message - on block list now, unless they leave a message

call back - got message - just repeated number on answer machine

I picked my phone ! and a recording said Dont Hang Up ! Congratulations ! Thats when I hung up ! Im going to block this number now . These are getting really annoying .

I got this anonymous call on 3/27/13 at 3:18PM. I have blocked and put it into DNC complaint.

Same here.  I never answer, I never will.  I just block and report them.

"Don't hang up.  Congratulations..."   Course, I hung up while the recording was saying the congrats part. I usually try to call the number back before I file a DNC complaint cuz it doesn't do any good at all if it's a spoofed telephone # (and they almost always are.).  This one just rang and rang and rang until it answered with a recording just stating the phone number and to leave a message.  So I DID file a complaint.\:  https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

This number has called a few times. It is a recording saying "do not hang up". It is getting very irritating.

Husband picked it up and it was a robo call and something about general electric. Which we don't have anything of since we don't buy GE products, nor do we have PG&E so he hung up before it was finished.   Sounds like a scam call to me..  usually I don't answer these calls, turn it on and right back off so the call can't complete or get to the answering machine.

Press  2 to be removed  yea you call me every 7 days instead of every 10 days now. All by the way I was placed on the do not solicit list  2 weeks ago. So I guess I will take further actions now...

Ignored.  They called twice.  Will add to rotating blocked call list. (I can only block a few numbers at a time--thanks at and t)

We are on the Do Not Call list, but it seems these jerks don't care.  Will file a complaint but it will probably go untouched and blame it on the sequester.

Received call AGAIN today. This time BEFORE 8:45a.m. They don't care who they call, the time of the call or the number of times they call.
The "Do Not Call List" means nothing to them, as is the case with other callers of this type. Why should it considering: 1) The gov's Do Not Call list has no bite to it and the abuser knows it.  2) These calls are usually made via computer, ie "robo dialers". Phones that "block" calls, which I purchased, limit how many #'s can be blocked. Though usually easier said than done, don't answer if possible. They won't have the satisfaction of knowing "they got you"!
