Left voice message, no company name given, I have been notified of papers going to my county.

Received a call from the number. No company name given.The voicemail was hard to understand it's a scam. Any reputable company will leave a contact name and number.

I answered the phone and was greeted with a recording saying that it was a legal action intervention.  The recording says to press 2 to speak to someone, if you don't press a button, the call disconnects.  This has to be a scam, like the previous person said, a reputable company would give a company name.  Also, I think they're using a local number and then use the automated system to route you to wherever they are to scam you.
I'm on top of my finances and have no reason for legal issues.

They just don't know when to stop. I owe nobody money and these fools think I will fall for the phony You have been notified act. Pisses me off when these idiots do this crap.

They would never notify you via phone about legal action. Lol I checked with Mocasenet and I don't have any legal issues pending or filed.

Left a unintelligible voice mail about legal action. No call back contact, what this is about, or company name given. I think it is some kind of phishing scam.

They call after I said cease and desist calls the hang up on me. Now I can sue them I just need the address.

Keep getting calls a Bosan that I/O money that I am never heard of

Called me several times, each with a different recording, in a different voice. Said i had a pending legal action up for review tomorrow in my county. Asked to hit 1 to hear more info, hangs up regardless. Previous comments about why this is clearly a scam/spam call are valid

Got another call from this number again. They don't ask for me by name on the vm they leave. They don't say who they are with.
I don't waste my time with scammers.
The callers sounds like some woman who can't talk in proper English.

I've been getting these calls for almost two months now. They're all out of Nebraska. Other then one call from Madison, the calls have all come Lincoln or Omaha.  I block the number each time and they continue to call from new numbers.  It's usually the same woman. She has a unique way of saying "direct".  She pronounces it as DIE-rect.  So it's easy to tell it's the same person.

Here's the message they leave:  "You are hearby notified this is the last and final attempt to reach you.  Case set to be filed with the county today. My direct contact number is 402-951-9328. In the event we do not hear from you in the office we will document that you have waived your right to counsel and submit the case to the state for further action.  Govern yourself accordingly. Good luck. "

Sometimes she leaves the name Jill Underwood.  It's a shame that I can't block entire area codes so I could block all of the calls since they change numbers every time they call. I broke 30 calls since June 5th with today's call.

I'm not scared if this was true they need to send this info in writting they haven't. They just want money.

She called Monday and I blocked the caller. There was no company given. I can tell from the voicemail given there that she is struggling to speak proper English. The call is coming from a different number 4028177970 as of this morning.

This is definitely a scam. The call asks you press 1 to be connected to a fraud investigator. I called them back and the first time they hung up and the second time they answered "Office of financial affairs". Don't fall for this phishing scam.

I have had them call 3 times and the same message is left each time. They have started leaving a number. They keep saying they are going to file paperwork with my county and that if I don't respond to them I am waiving my right to counsel. I'm pretty sure that anything that would waive my right has to be said to me or in writing. Especially since leaving a voice message is so unreliable, and people don't always check their phone.

If it smells like a scam, it probably is.

I get the same call everyday sometime 2 or 3 times a day.  It drives me crazy.  I don't answer but it's the same message.  I figured if its real then file the claim.  They keep saying it's the final attempt, but yet they haven't filed yet.

Got a call this morning from the same person saying this is the final attempt. Final attempt my ass, it is like the 30th time they have said that. Good luck trying to get money from me...

Same thing happening to me.  Calling different times of the day and afternoon.  Its getting annoying...

Just received a call from this number and the man threatened me telling me he couldn't wait to see how I would react being in prison.  Since when is there a debtor's prison if indeed I owe anything

I get these calls everyday, sometimes twice in a day.  Its the exact same message as Kris described above.  Everyday its the final attempt.  Im not sure how to block the calls, but it doesn't matter, because they will just use a different number.
