Caller using the name John Dixon Called me to inform me that I had won $362,000 dollars from Chase Bank and I would be receiving a cashiers check from the bank to be delivered to my home. But first I would need to go toWestern Union and send them $150.00 to pay for the insurance for the delivery. I went along with him until he got upset because I was having him repeat the information back to me so many times.  He did not sound like english was his first language and it was a lot of trouble for him. I think he is mad at me. Whats this country coming to?  Even phone scam operators don't want to work hard for their money.
