This # calls me twice a week claiming to be the last chance to save my car warranty (which I never had). The message says to press 2 to be taken off the list, but for nearly 10 months I have been pressing 2. The message says to press 1 to speak to a representative. I pressed 1 and a person answered asking me the make and model of my car. I asked if I could speak to someone about being taken off the list and was immediately hung-up on. I've tried several times to call them, but after 5 rings, it goes to a busy signal.

i recieved a call from this number ALSO. this must be the 15th number that has called me re:a car warranty. i know it is a scam.i am tired of fighting with them really.

I have been getting the "Expired warranty" calls from this number. I have tried to talk to a person by pressing 1, but they hang up when I tell them I want to be removed from their list or to talk to a supervisor.

Yahoo!  I found a place to complain to!  The Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  The web address is:  www.esupport.fcc.gov

I would urge you to file a complaint - I just did!  These folks have literally been calling my home 4 or 5 times each evening.

These people will not quit calling me and I have been hung up on as the rest of you have.. only.. it kinda miffed me off.. so I found their phone company.. Citistream Communications Inc... Found a number for complaints..
this is what it says..

I called this number and asked to talk with a Complaint Manager.. took me to voicemail, so I left a message.. YOU SHOULD ALL DO THE SAME! Maybe someone will actually get to talk to someone.

Just got a call, let it ring thru, recalled the number & got a voice recording.

I'm not sure what service they are providing but I was prompted to dial #1 if I wanted to be placed on the "Do Not Call" list. So I did!

I'll keep you all updated as to whether of not this "DNC" list really registers!!

They have been calling me from this number and several others for past 6 months, close to 4 or 5 times a day, informed them to stop calling me, they haven't. I have asked for company name and they hang up. Today I asked for company name, they told me they would not stop calling me and started cursing at me, I just filed a complaint with the fcc, everyone should do the same.

Called and left no message. Get one of these once every few weeks

Okay, this is really starting to get me peeved. I keep on getting calls, from the same stupid people, about some stupid car warranty. They call me everyday, 2 times today, and everytime with a different number. At first I didn't answer, but the strange numbers just kept on coming. So, I tried to call one of them back and it gave me a busy signal, tried again and it told me that the wireless customer was not accepting phone calls at that time, tried again and it told me that it wasn't a working number, tried again and it was a voice recording of some chick telling me to press so and so to be taken off of the calling list. So, I did. Got another call from another number. Called it back and it was the same old crap. So, I decided to answer when they called again (from yet another number). Talked to some guy, he was nice, told him not to call me anymore, he said okay. Calls kept coming. Since then, I have talked to 1 girl, and 2 guys. All three have hung up on me. I even tried to play along with the last guy. I gave him the make and model of my car and then told him that I would have to talk to my husband before we decided on anything else. Asked for a call back number and the punk hung up on me!! How are you going to call my phone and then hang up on ME?!!! I'm getting tired of this. What can they possibly be getting out of this? It's not like they're getting any account numbers from me or anything? What's the deal? If someone finds out, please let me know. I wish they would at least stay on the line long enough for me to cuss them out or something. At least I would feel slightly better! Here are the numbers that they have called me from.

He is a scammer who opens his legit businesses from state to state until he exhausts that area for sale of fake Car Care Warranties which are never Honored in a real claim situation. There are also no refunds for the warranty as promised. When they ask you to set up a monthly deduction for payments of your fake warranty, they attempt the first time to deduct the whole price of the warranty, usually $1000.000-$2500.00 per warranty.

Ask me how I know, I took a job working for the loser, never got paid, and was trained to rip people off the whole time I was there. Then I was offered a position to travel to different cities and open these businesses and other scam businesses John Common runs.

John, or what ever his name is in your state, is originally Persion, about 5' 6" and about 240lbs. He has family and a daughter in Magnolia Washington just outside of Seattle. He operates one of his scammer companies totally legit with in the guidelines of the loopholes of the business laws in each state. His last known location was in Scottsdale Arizona.

John Common is currently running a loan modification company what a joke !considering his sale's people don't know the first thing about loan modifications.Discount Mortgage Relief or INQB or whatever they decide to change the company name to this week says they are a "pre paid legal service" please ask yourselves what that is if you ever consider going to this company becuse they have no lawyers what so ever, try calling there and see. They offer to lower your interest rate yet they have no control over what the bank offers you. Do not throw your money away with these crooks go to your lender directly.Just take a look at the other companies John has run straight into the ground
