Susan, calling about my credit card balance. I don't have a credit card. sounds like a scam to me!

Received call today at 2:10pm CST. Did not answer, voicemail was left, automated message stating I could lower an interest rate on a credit card.  Said to press 1 to connect to a rep, 2 to be removed from the list. Did not call back.

Just got a no answer call from this number also 8/24/09 at 3:12pm est

I got this call 8/24/09 12:16pm MTN!! On my cell! What crap! Is this some sales company i wonder...nice we can pay for them to call us now huh?

i also just received a call from this number at 12:05 Mountain Western time.  on cell phone.

Just called me on my cell, 12:25pm Pacific time. I didn't pick it up.

Called at 1:18 PM MT. Its an automated voice saying they had information about my credit cards. I hit 1 to talk to a "live" person. He said his name was Scott and hung up on me as soon as I told him to stop calling.

This number called my new cell number that I haven't evern had 24hrs...
I returned the call from my work number and they are a scam...   don't answere!!!!

Got a call from this number, stating they were "Bankcard Services", and that there was no problem with my Visa card but that I must dial 1 immediately to lower my rate to 6%. I did so, and asked which bank they represented. "Five or Six hundred banks" she said, "pretty much all of them". Trying to get more specificity, I asked which card specifically, she was calling about. "Your Master or Visa card" she stated, "aren't you  listening? How many times do I have to tell you?". I asked to speak to her supervisor, whom she told me was not available, and that I didn't need to speak with them. I insisted, and she asked me if I had graduated high school, because she told me I could not speak to the superviser and I did not listen to her, so stop asking. I insisted again. She told me to "shut the "F" up, what was wrong with me?". I told her the call was being recorded on my answering machine. "Like I'm so scared". She then hung up. I called the number they called from and was only given the option to remove my number from their list, which I did. I will complain to my local phone company.

Just received a call on my cell phone from this number 40 minutes ago (11:53am Pacific time), I live in San Franicisco. I did not answer, & they left no voicemail.

Just a rule I use.  If I look at the number and I don't know it, especially if it is not in my area code I don't answer.  If it is something important and it is a live person they will leave a voice mail.  More often than not they are scams or telemarketers.

Just like everyone else reported. The call came in but no one replies when the call was answered.

This number called me just a moment ago - I didn't answer as I have been getting prank calls. No message left.

Funny folks call about credits cards that I donot own one. A scam probably.

Called a minute ago.

I just got a call from them at 1:01 PST on my cell phone. I NEVER answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. And if it's truly a credit card scam- I haven't owned a credit card in over 9yrs.

I've had this number for only 3 months.......I wonder how much AT&T sold my phone number for.....

Just got a call from these inconsiderate BOZOS who apparently represent some type of tele-marketing phone SPAM network based on the comments I've seen in this blog.  I did not answer and they did not leave a voice mail, but that's OK 'cause it will be the last time I allow them to distract me.  PhoneGate runs on my Windows Mobile phone and have thus added them to my block list, so next time they just get dumped directly to voice mail (since they don't leave messages anyway, nobody called as far as I'm concerned).  Fargin' bastages!

Automated voice message saying to press 1 to lower credit card interest rates. Wouldn't reccommend pressing 1 :)

Recvd call at 3:12 pm CST.  Just press 2 and no be bothered.  When you press 1 it rings and then they hang up on you.  Will have to check the phone bill at the end of the month.  Seems like a scam.

Just got a call from this number, they represented themselves as being from Google Maps when I pressed for more info. & a contact name & number to have an erroneous map listing removed, they put me on hold then hung up.
