Received a call from this number, but it disconnected after three rings. There was no other caller ID info.

Just received a call from this number. Caller ID listed "Service Message". Rang 3 times and stopped.

I received a call from this number 10 minutes ago. It's a robot (automated caller) that begins to talk as soon as it is connected. It went into it's message as soon as my outgoing message on my answering machine started and was warning us about the threat facing the country and trying to stir fear in the simpleminded. I called the number back and there was no answer.

Same thing.  Just received a call from this number. Caller ID listed "Service Message". Rang 3 times and stopped.

This number called me, the ID said "Service Message".  It hung up after 3 rings (the answering machine picks up on 4).  I dialed the number back and a recorded message says it is not in service. . .

Received a call from this number, as the others stated the ID was Service Message.  The recording asked if I noticed "tea parties" going on in my community and to get involved with them, then hung up.  Will be reporting them to Do Not Call.

Number called, no message left, also said "service message" on caller id.

I got 1 call from them today, no msg left, call back that number don't ring.

I got a call also, I picked up and it said something about "tea parties" and to take notice. Then it hung up.

I got a call about 20 minutes ago. It said something like "America, did you you know about the tea parties going around..."  Then I hung up because it's clear they're just trying to scare people.

Called about 2 PM EST May 2nd 2009.  Message said:  

"America, have you seen the tea parties...blah blah blah..."  First off, the tea bagger's are mostly nuts who don't think 911 was caused by AQ and uniformed bitter, angry, ignorant morons who think President Obama is a "fascist." because that's what Foux news tell them to think. Secondly, Verizon should be held responsible for this type of phone spamming. If I want to hear about this crap I'll do it myself I don't need anyone calling me with their BS sense of urgency and bs.  Where were these people when Bush and his rubber stamp GOP congress was waging a budget killing illegal war on false pretenses and destroying the economy by giving everything away to Wall Street and the bands for years and years?


There's some thought the calls might have originated from this company in Nebraska, but I'm not 100% certain:

Just got call 11:16 AM on my home phone...from 402-982-0742.  When I answered I hear "I want to talk to you about "Our BORDERS"  - when you press any # the idiots start talking about politic crap!  OK use the internet people if you get these call.  search on google and report the suckers. Also 411.com is a good help on searching the reverse - just plug in the phone number.
These people who are calling from 402-982-0742 are in Omaha NE calling from Douglas county on a land line provided by Citistream Communications!

F'ing spammers keep calling me ever other day.  My number is registered with the National Do Not Call List and these [***] keep calling.

[***] have called me 2 more times today and I keep telling them to put me on their do not call list.

Fukheads have called me 2 more times today and hang up when you answer.
