recorded message saying press 1 to speak with someone about getting your IRS back taxes reduced or removed.  First off only you and the IRS should know if you owe back taxes.  Secondly why would I want a third party involved in my personal business when the IRS is perfectly authorized to reduce or remove your penalties.  I do NOT owe any back taxes and hung up, but this definatly seems like a phishing call to get peoples social security numbers.

Just got the same damned robo-call...smells "phishy" to me and hung up immediately.

Received the same call this morning.  Did not answer, and no  message was left.  I figured it was a telemarketer or a scam.  I will not answer any unknown numbers.

Citistream Communications is a telephone service provider. They allow their clients to do robo calls. You need to call them and complain about their clients. Their number is 402-982-0200.

Thank you very much for the direct phone number to Citistream Communications -- I just spoke with their complaint department and they were really sincere about taking down my information and contacting their offending client who is calling people on the national do not call list, like myself.

I was advised that the company providing the caller-id information is not Citistream Communications, but rather TM Caller ID.

A voice mail message kept calling me every day at all day. I tried getting them to stop but it wouldn't. Eventually a person called and it is in fact a debt consolidation company. I asked him to put me in his do not call list. Let's see if it works.

I had the same 402# calling me about the same obama plan. i tried getting on their do not call list but it never worked. i registered on the do no call website and i called my carrier and had them block he number for me. lets see if all that works.

I receive calls daily from this number..I am about ready to throw away my phone!!  It used to say " President O'Bama."....and I would hang up immediately...Now this creepy voice says "Hello this is Janey,...   something about credit card bills" and I hang up.  Can't anyone help?  I have registered with the Do not call Registry. I did on 9/17/09   and I did again today....02/18/10

These calls all come from citistream communications.  Their President is Krishna Amancheria, a man by the same name is also employed by Lincoln Electric.  If these calls are irritating you I would suggest you call him at work and express your disatisfacion with his company policies.  The number for lincoln electric is 402 475 4211 just asked to be forwarded to Krishna.  If enough people harrass this scum sucker maybe we could cost him his legitimate job while letting him know exactly how irritating this crap is.
