Called the last 3 days with an annoying, unsolicited message about a credit line with no contact information or operator on the line.

I receive few calls from this number that I been approved....
Even you hang up they will call minutes later.
How can I stop this annoying company from calling me.

I have received 10 calls from these people today. Hit zero and got an operator. Asked to be removed from their list. Got another call and went to an operator again. That operator told me he's "sick of you damn people complaining about getting all these calls". I hung up, and I immediately got 3 or 4 calls from them in a row, so that operator must have "redialed" me somehow just to annoy me.

They call my shop 2-4 times per day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never leave a message. If I answer, they hang up on me right away or sometimes stay on the phone quietly and then hang up.

How can I stop this???? My shop's number is obviously a public phone number but I should not have to be subjected to harassing phone calls interrupting my business flow.

I have been bothered by 7 of these calls today so far. Each person I speak with is rude. There has to be a way to get them to stop.

Got a call from them earlier. I tracked the number down to TM Caller ID in Portland. They gave me this number 800-308-6383 to call - I called them and they said they will remove me - call them!

I get calls daily from (402) 982-0869. It's a telemarketing company in California calling on behalf of the National Small Business Alliance (NSBA). The telemarketer uses Citistream Communications in Omaha for caller ID, which is why there is a (402) Nebraska area code. Citistream at (402) 982-0200 confirmed that the telemarketing company is a customer of theirs. The telemarketing company has a "complaint line" at (800) 308-6383 which is also being used for websites like tollfreezone.com, dominionsales.com, findmyyatch.com and tollfreetexting.com, and Michael Montes is listed as the president, address is 26961 Via La Mirada #100, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 which is a residential address (Google it). Mr. Montes has Calif. broker license #01016135. So, there you have it...I recommend if you are being annoyed by calls, call (800) 308-6383. 402-982-0869 calls our business several time per day every day. Got to an operator and was told that they would/could continue to call for 30 days. They automated call started 10 minuets after that conversation with the operator. Called back and was told they could call as much as they wanted for the next 30 days. Filed a complaint with the FCC.

I've been receiving numerous calls from this company and have pressed 9 to get off the list.  That didn't work.  I finally pressed the number to get to an agent.  Big mistake.  He started off nice but as soon as I told him I was trying to get off the list he turned rude.  Told me he was sick of talking to people like me and kept cutting in.  Then told me if I'd shut up he'd get me off the listed.  After much back and forth he told me they'd keep calling me every day and hung up on me.  I told him I was calling the Better Business Bureau which I have done.  I suggest everyone call the BBB and keep calling this jerk who hired these idiots.

just called Mr. Montes and left him a message. I will be forwarding information to the State Attorney General's Office in Georgia, in Nebraska and California as well. Thanks for the information-I get these annoying calls at least once per day on an official State of Georgia telephone line for business only.

This company keeps leaving long automated messages about consolidated debt, credit lines, etc. where do these people get my information and how can I get off their call lists????

Just got a call.  Didn't answer and it went to voicemail but no message.

Just got a call from this number at 9:56 a.m. but I didn't answer til I checked out the number.  Called them back at 10:05 a.m. (9 min. later) after reading these comments and the number is disconnected.

I've been recieving calls from this (402) 982-0869 number at my shop almost daily now for about 2 months. Somestimes it shows up as Service Announcement, sometimes as Mik Co. I've tried the press #1 opt out option. I've spoken to 3 different people and successfully told them to take my number off of the list. I've had a handful of others hang up on me when I told them to take my number off. I've had more times than I can count where I answered the phone and they hung up on me without saying a word - everytime they call I try to get thru to tell them again: TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST!!!! Everytime I have to stop what I am doing to answer the phone I waste supplies (a pair of gloves among other things) and waste time that I should be working. I want to know if there is a way to sue these people for harrassment. This is by far the worst dealing that I've ever had with telemarketers. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with harrassing so many people and there has to be some recourse for us! Any suggestions on how to hurt them if thats what it takes to make them stop?

Interesting... I called 800-308-6383, and the person that answered said that those calls are getting forwarded to his cell phone.  If he has nothing to do with it, poor guy. If he's lying to me, I hope he gets yelled at multiple times a day.

I also added the number to my call screening service (Comcast) by having it screen out the last number that called me.  While the caller id on the unsolicited calls said that the caller was 402-982-0869, the verification on the screening service said that I was going to be blocking 402-982-0779.

I then called 402-982-0779 and got an automated message telling me to press 1 if I wanted to be placed on their do not call list. Hope it works.
