Received a text message from this number.  This is what it said:

Received the same text message as Issac at 3:20 in the morning!!

How did they get my phone number? I was looking at job postings on my pc at the moment...

It's a fraud.  A complete scam.

I received this call as well August 1 at 4:30 pm
