403-543-1623

Got call, when I tried calling back, first a busy signal. Attempt #2, got some weird dialing sound, like keys being entered.  Third attempt, just rang and rang.

The caller Id says - U C C of Canada - what is this business name??

Direct Buy. They also used 403-543-1625 last fall. Blatant disregard of DNC list.

Just got a call from UCC Canada A.K.A. Direct Buy, Total Home, UCC Total Home, United Consumers Club and others. Google these names for reports on their behavior by Consumer Reports, Market Place and other watch dog groups.

I just had the very same experience - got a call, no message, called back and it just rang and rang.  Good thing I'm on the DNC listing....

Unbelievable how low this company, UCC Cannada or better known as Directbuy, can be. At this reading they have actually embedded advertising between the comments made by people who are complaining the most about them.

Yeah those ads are placed by Google, bases on the pages content. If we we're talking about chocolate icing, Betty Crocker Ads would prolly show up ;)

I've been called by this number numerous times, and they never leave a message when I don't answer the phone.  Today, I answered and he identified himself as calling from Buyer Direct run from Deerfoot Inn Casino.  I said you've called me a number of times and have never left a message.  He hung up.  So I called again and he answered and I said "Is this the way you do business, by hanging up" and he hung up again.  I've tried calling again and it's now on busy signal.
Obviously, this is a scam!

Called and hung up on me....weird....How is that a way to do business? Call display also said UCC of Canada.

their phone number in calgary is 403-543-1620.  i just phoned them to complain about the hang-up phone calls i regularly get from one of their phone numbers (the most recent one ending in 1627).  the girl took down my number and said she would request that my number be removed from their list.  time will tell if that actually happens.

I'm in calgary and just got one from 403 543 1700. I didn't answer.
