    I have been receiving calls from this number several times a week.   No message is left, only someone who sounds like they are in a busy area saying "hello? hello?".

    This is a call centre associated with the Alberta Liver Foundation. They do annual campaign drives and such. Pleasant people to talk to though, just annoying that they are reading the script.
