phone call from this number to winnipeg at 11:35 am. the caller left no message

phone call from this number to Prince Albert, SK at 11:05 AM,  Caller left no message.  When I called back, the number was "not in service."

Call from this number to my cell at 11am PST. I didn't pick up and no message left.

i answered it...message from air canada for "special customer"

I just received a call from this number at the office, saying I was a preferred customer, and press 1.  So when the "agent" came on, I insisted they tell me who they were calling for since this was an office number.  He rudely hung up.  I checked other websites, and it seems this is a scam

We have just rec'd that same call and message on our land line. The message was "Hello, as a preferred customer of Air Canada, you have received a special gift.  Press 1 to accept".

We are NOT a "preferred customer of Air Canada" and I don't see how they got our home number, and I certainly will not press 1 or any other number because I cannot be sure that, by doing so, I am not actually giving someone permission to bill collect or long distance calls to our phone account!  STOP CALLING already!!!

We have all our phone numbers on the Canadian DNC list which seems to be a complete waste of time to use as we're still getting these ridiculous calls from companies we do not even do business with.

Got a call from this number to saskatoon, SK. Did not answer and then received 3 more calls in the following week.

Yes you have an account with us, this is not a scam stop this nonsense or we will sue you.

This number has now called me at work, at home, and now my cell#. If this is Air Canada why is god's name do they have all my numbers, how did they get them, and I DO NOT HAVE AN AIR CANADA ACCOUNT. I have never flown Air Canada in my life. What list are these people getting our numbers from? My suspicion is the do not call listing that I registered for. Seems I get more scam calls since I registered, than I did before!

Sep. 22, 2010.  3:30 pm Winnipeg,  Got a telemarketer from Area Code 403 (Southern Alberta Area Code) saying I was a preferred Air Canada customer.  I fly WestJet.  I did not press 1 as requested but hung up instead.  I hope the Do Not Call Registry police monitor this site.  What a law!

Unfortunately the do not call list won't do anything to these people. Everytime you turn around now they're calling to claim you're a preferred customer, or it's a researching telemarketer.
What's the stupid point of being on the do not if these idiots can still phone? They even call my cell. Why can't phone companys offer some sort of blocking option for any 800 number for both home and cell numbers. I refuse to pay .50 for each numer blocked. There's too many of these sob's bugging everyone.
Nothing but harassment. Straight and simple!

seriously, did air canada say that to you?

I have been getting multiple calls - several to the home landline, now one to my cell and one to my home fax machine. It is someone who has access to that info, likely via my business card. I am sure it is not Air Canada. Like another person said, the first time I asked if they were actually calling from Air Canada and the guy rudely hung up. Air Canada needs to know that a lot of people are getting annoyed, they probably have the $$ and interest to locate the scammer and shut them up.

Talked to Air Canada about a call from this number. It is in no way affiliated with then and request that your report it to phonebusters.com looks like it's a spoofed caller ID as well.

I too keep getting calls from this number at home and cell, it is rediculous that we can get these people stopped, some how these scammers always get numbers even if they are private number, unlisted.... and the DNC does not help!!

This number has called my cell, home, and office #.  No messages left.  How did they get all three #'s and call all 3 within a day?
