called and hung up immediately

Answered the phone to a real person that said she was calling from Phillip-Morris.  She asked if I was a smoker. I almost screamed "No.  Stop calling me.  Stop calling California.  Quit that company and get a real job."

Called said they were with Phillip Morris and asked if I was against cigarette tax- they tranfered me to San Francisco City Supervisor Tom Amiano to tell him I was against the tax. Guy at Supervisor's office had no idea what I was talking about. Tried to call back the number on caller ID and it said not in service?

Called 32 times and hung up each time.. yes 32 times , can i file a police report?

The number is registered with Deltacom Inc., a phone company.  Don't fuss about calling, though.  They can't do anything about it.

I received a call from this number saying that they were with qwest and I was reveiving a 30% discount I just had to verify my address and phone number and fax and Birthdate and mothers maiden name, I asked for supervisor and the same language person answered then I said I am not comfortable giving this info and asked for a number to return the phone call and they hung up. I called the number back and it said it was no longer in service! SCAM!!!
