This was interesting - got a vm yesterday from this woman and again today, at my work phone, and she left this number saying she was an investigator with CNG or C&G Investigations and that I had a case pending about check fraud.  When I looked up the number online it comes up for a Peachtree Mattress in Atlanta, GA.  I called the number back but only got a recorded message about my call being very important.  This woman gave out specific info about how if I didn't submit a defense within 24 hours by phone or depo they would proceed against me without my consent according to federal statute 805-11 (which I can not seem to find any such statute online).  Who are these people?  I don't even have a checking account...

I got the same call I contacted a lawyer and found out that the statue doesn't even exists they called me other another article 809-15

So I decided to call the FTC and I found out its national scam some company called CMG and associates. While I was making my complaint the guy told me that its some illegal activity from a company that's buying personal identities from consumers.
