Incoming call from this number Sunday 6/27/2010:  answered call; caller did not speak.    Unlikely that IBM would act like that, or, that IBM would call my office (business) line for no reason on a Sunday.    Number may no longer be connected with IBM; may now be with some kind of boiler-room outfit or something like that.

I just had the exact same thing happen; they called my cell phone and wouldn't speak.

I also got a call from this number at 1am at work.  Caller left no message.

Received a call on 8/31/2010 @ 12:48 AM.  No message was left.  Area code 404 is Atlanta Georgia.

This number belongs to Internet Security Systems AKA Internet Security Systems Canada on Barfield Rd in Atlanta, Georgia.

I received 2 phone calls last night from this number. Once on my home phone and once on my office voice mail. Both were around 2:30am. In both instances, no one spoke/ left a message.  6/10/2011

It is a text to speech line for the blind.  I got the call and one of my phones has text to speech.  The message was odd.  It said, "The kids were all right"

I have had 3 calls like that today and my phone used to say IBM NUT IT DOESNT NIW I DID A MASTER RESET ON IT BECAUSE INWAS TIRED OF PEOPLE STEALING MY SONG Who are they what do they want

Do you really think someone who posted 11 years ago will return to answer your question? And what on earth do you mean by "TIRED OF PEOPLE STEALING MY SONG"?
