This sockets have called my cell phone 16 times today , no message left.

Credit One Bank. They call constantly if your payment is one day late or one dollar short. Crazy...even if you spoke with a rep and they supposedly noted it in your record.

Damn .. 10 times per day! Crazy

They started to call me a week before my payment was due. Payoff and cut up card.

They have been calling up to 8x a day... isn't there a limit to how many times they are allowed to call a person?  payment isn't due for 2 weeks.....

I've never done business with Credit One Bank nor have I ever heard of them.. But I checked their website and it looks similar to Capitol One... I've blocked the number...

I never heard of this bank either. They have been calling me for almost 2 months. This #  is the third different # in 3 days. They left me a voicemail with no message. I am ignoring the calls now but might sue them for harassing me.

I have been getting several calls a day for the past two weeks and I have my bills paid through a credit counseling company.  I returned one of the calls and gave them this information and the calls stopped for two days and then started back with 8-10 calls per day.  They also call using several different numbers from an 866# to a normal local area code just to fool you and hope you answer.

I have a credit one credit card that I got back in Oct 2014, credit limit of 300.00, for other reasons, I had to
file chapter 13 on 1/5/2015 & this # has been calling me every hour for 2 or 3 days,  on my home phone & also my cell phone, leaves no message. every one else has answered the Attorneys letters of the Chapter 13 bankruptcy case, except this company  Credit one & GE Money (Syncroney bank), they also call every hour. I also got past due notices from them, & I am going to send the bill back with a copy of the bankruptcy letter, maybe that will stop them from calling me every hour

Exactly!   And on the 8th day, God created the "Auto Reject List" for cell phones.  :)

This is about the 8th number I've blocked from Credit One Bank...and I don't have a card with them.  I rejected an offer because their fees were too high but it seems they opened an account anyway and now want me to pay the fees.

OK, how is a person to know if they have no computer, smart phone, tablet or a way to run number
On Google? Do not call them like I did, now they know who you are & will not give you a minute piece. Get caller I D & you see the #, do not pick up phone unless you know who it is. Problem gone.

MLG, let your attorney know they are still harrasing you, he can actually sue them for up to 10x the amount you owe, depending on the sate you are from.  I had the same situation, and that is what I did.  It stops the calls FAST.

I forgot to pay my bill for September.  Received a courtesy reminder call. Paid online.

They called asking for a relative whom was not home and they asked for a better number to contact them at. I simply asked her who she was with as I don't like just handing out numbers and she just kept asking for the number.

They called even though the payment wasn't due. Remember collectors have consumer protection laws they have to obey.Tell the rep they don't have permission to call you and they must stop. Once they see you are aware of your rights they will leave you alone. As for credit one itself absolutely pay off and cut that card.
