John Sylvia is calling at all hours from 'The Winning International Payout Service'. They called me twice 2am, and keeps leaving messages if I don't pick up. I have supposedly wond the second price, 2.5 million dollars, for paying my utility bills on time and spending at least $5 at Walmart every time I go there! They want me to send them $150 upfront to start process the winnings, they need it for shipping! First it was 'a small fee of $590', when I hung up they called back and it was only '150 for shipping... These guys are extremely pushy and they keep calling.

Just got a call from this number, asking me if I had a Bank of America account. Actually the guy called twice, first time he got my name wrong and hung up when I told him he had the wrong number. Second time he got my name right. The guy sounded like he was driving in a car. I asked him to identify himself which he didn't do other than to say he was from Bank of America. When I told him I don't share my banking information with complete strangers he got nervous mumbled something about just calling about a bank of america account and hung up. I work in the security industry and see this sort of thing all the time, but first time I've gotten a call like this! Definitely fraud. BEWARE!
