suspicious sales call, they did not say who they were when i called them back.

Called my cellphne using an auto-dialer. (That is illegal.) to tell me about a new National Health Insruance Plan! I didn't press "1" in time to start yelling at someone, and after it hung up, it didn't accept incoming calls.

Called my cell phone.  Did not leave a message.

Left a voicemail about some sort of insurance... How do they get my number? I NEVER fill out forms or any sort of marketing giveaways!

Called my cell phone. Didn't leave a message.

Called my cell, voicemail picked up and recorded a portion of a recorded message regarding health insurance. Said to press "1" at the end.

Called 8:40 a.m. today local time.  phone rang, I picked up but no answer.  I hung up right away.  Decided to pick up phone again.  Dead air on other side, no dial tone.  Hung up again.  Few seconds later, picked up phone again. No dial tone, just dead air.  Hung up third time.

Called Cell phone in US, no voicemail left.  The call record on the phone indicated Atlanta, GA.  Called the number back and recevied a recorded messaging saying if I have been called in error, I should press 1 to be removed from their customer list (whomever they are).

Called me 3 times today even after I told them not to call. What is this? Do they really think I'll buy insurance from them by harassing me? Worst than spam and it's getting on my nerves.

It's the scam company. Play along with it - fake name and fake zip code, they don't know who you are, but before they hang up on you (and they will) - tell the person their job sucks, and so do they. Then quickly hang up on them before they do it to you. They suck. Make sure to win - hang up first.
