- K| 1 replyIts First Financial Bank. They definately harass you. I've gotten over 30 phone calls in the last 5 days for my payment thats not due until the end of the month. I've been saving money now and once I have enough the card is GONE. They are extremely rude as well.

- SickofmessagesThis is First Financial Bank, this group of idiots call, leave 30+ messages a day, even after I've picked up and told them my debt counselor is working on this and the last time (less than 5 days ago) they said everything was ok and nobody would bother me. Damn liars. I know there's gonna be some idiot on here that's going to say. Pay your bills, yeah it's easy when you aren't [***] deep in debt due to medical issues. Figured I'd put that out there. Can't wait to get these [***] out of my life for good.

- clearlyrander replies to KDitto here. I was out of the country doing volunteer work for over a month. Returned and just started my regular job back. I knew I was going to be late on my payment of a couple of bills Bank of America was EXTREMELY helpful in this area and worked with me. I called 1st financial to let them know asap and see if there was anything they could do. The lady would not even listen to me, gave me the rote speech of "unfortunately, blah blah blah." A week later someone calls me to "let me know" that they have not received payment on my bill that was due three days ago. My response? Um, yeah. I called YOU GUYS and tried to tell YOU that last week!
- AveriexI am called sometimes up to 10 times a day PER line (cell phone/house). The ONE voicemail I received was from a "Jennifer" -- no location, no reason for a call, no statement that she was FROM ___ or anything. Which, I plan on reporting because by the FDCPA it's ILLEGAL what they are doing:
1.Sect. 806. (15 USC 1692d): Harassment or abuse: Causing a telephone to ring repeatedly 2 - 4 times per day for an extended period of time.
2.Sect. 804. (15 USC 1692b): Acquisition of location information: Not state that a consumer owes a debt. Prohibited use of of language or symbol on any envelope, or in the contents of any communication indicating the communication is from a debt collector. Third party disclosure on an answering machine several times.- Call type: Debt collector
- annoyed| 1 replyThey call every 15 minutes. Sometimes leave a message, sometimes they don't. It's 1FBUSA. I talked to a pro bono lawyer who told me just to ignore their calls and pay when I can. He said the most important things to pay are my utilities and to put food on the table. Also, don't get pressured into payment arrangements that you can't afford. They use several call centers and don't coordinate their records. Like some of the people above I want to pay my bills, but after over 25k in emergency medical expenses we had to use the card. Oh, and don't give them a reason for why you can't pay. First, it's none of their business, and second, they won't care anyway. One of the jerks told me to sell a kidney to pay off my bill.

- Same Here| 1 replyI get calls from these people constantly it starts at 7:30 am (which is illegal in SC) and they don't stop until 9:00 pm. What makes me angry is they have like 5 different numbers they call from and none will tell me who they are and what they want. I do get this automated voice mail telling me to contact First Financial USA today but no reason why. What makes it so bad this was on a debt I had six years ago.

- PD| 3 repliesFirst Financial is the WORST credit card company I've ever dealt with, and that is saying a lot.
They are extremely rude, they charge ridiculously high APR's, and don't even bother to ask them to consider you for reducing it, even if you have excellent credit. The answer I got was that "They gave me a credit card when I had no credit, so they helped me build up my credit when I had none."
I guess I owe them now?
And I've received about ten calls today from this number, the last one at about 8 p.m. I don't believe they have the guts to "work" and call to remdind me what I already know I have to do past 4 p.m. Try calling them to try to solve your problems with them at 4 p.m. - nobody answers because they are done working.
I hate them and can't wait to never have to deal with them in my life. - kev replies to PD| 1 replythey call me from 8 in the morning all day till about 8 pm..they are the worst..i talked to a guy who was the biggest [***] ever..an i tried explaiing my situation an he just said " im sorry sir but i need your routing number for you checks" an they wanted all my bank info so they could take it out of my checking account..haha yea right. now i just answer an hang up.
- ChrisThey have called me 61 times in the last 30 days. I paid the card completely off and then they charged it back up with random fees. I told them I would pay them back once I was sure they expended more than the cost of those fees in phone calls to me. I sent a check to them a week ago and the phone is still ringing off the hook with their calls.
Luckily, I have Android and found an app called Callfilter that will let me set all their calls to be hung up without be doing anything.- Caller: 1st Financial USA

- RennyI didn't know who they are (I know now from reading this) and I have never heard of them. I don't have a credit card or anything from them. Never heard of them til now. But they called me 10 times from 7 am til 8 pm..... that's a little unneeded... and illegal in IN as well....
