Called my job to say I owed money from Sept. 2010 really and here it is 2 years later and a tri-state lawyer office calling please stop calling my damn job and my cell phone....I called them back and they wanted info from me ...Do I look or sound stupid. If you called me then you should have this info. Also stated that they got the complaint from a local law office but they are calling from a different state and county..Really

Yes I received a call from the company the name is Tristate-Financial...I spoke with the company that the loan had been received through and they had transferred the file to this office...the employees here are very generous and they are definitely will to work with you. i checked them on the secretary of state website for georgia and they indeed are for real.

Funny you replied the same thing to 2 different people, word for word, you must work with for the scammers because the called my 16 y/o daughters cell looking for somebody we don't even know.  Boy are they going to get an earful.

Funny, got a voice mail at work to call Louise Bush at this number.  I called this number and got the voice mail of Michael Right, what gives, scam.  They also called my 16 y/o daughters cell phone again, saying they are going to sue me. *67 the number and told them if they call her number again i was going to call the FTC and turn them into my local Sheriff's dept. Sorry SOB's

My message was sent twice. I work for the Dept of Labor so know I don't work for them.However I do know that  use us to obtain your information to garnish your wages. And if you have dept maybe you should learn how to pay them. And learn the law you don't have to be in the same State to collect on debt because you didnt obtain your payday loan in your state.

You replied on to different threads with the same [***]. Both groups you are defending are related to a international criminals working out of South Asia. The FBI, FTC and Interpol are investigating the group. Your 'shilling' for these criminals may involve you in the investigation. Be warned.

People can not be arrested for pay day loans. Such loans are consider unsecured debt NOT bad checks. Anyone contacted by these extortionists should contact the Attorney General in their state to file a report.

I continually receive harassing phone calls at work from this company. I have asked that they stop calling me. Two minutes after I hung up with them I got another call on my caller ID from the County of Bucks (215-348-6000) saying they keep receiving faxes from Tristate Financial who is trying to serve me for theft by deception on a payday loan. I put them on hold to record the call and the person pretty much hung up on me. I called the number back and it is the courthouse, however they have no record of said complaint and they told me they probably illegally spammed the courthouse number and no one would have called to let me know that such a complaint would be filed. They would file and serve it period.
