This phone number keeps calling me and harassing me...Who are these people? I've had other people try to scam me over old payday loans....Can anyone tell me who these people are??

This is a legit company I had taken out a payday loan awhile ago and I had to research this company as well they are backed by an attorney out of the state of georgia and they had received my file do to an unpaid debt. I had spoke with my attorney and they advised me that not taking care of this matter could be very costly and I could be charged with Theft by deception or theft by conversion I immediately called back and paid my bill.

Called twice now. Advised me to call or have my lawyer call about a complaint against me. Message said I had 2 days to respond. That was a month ago and now another call today. Same message different month. I don't believe this is a legit company. I have never had a loan with a payday loan. There is more than one person out there with the same name as me. I believe this is a phishing expedition to scare whoever they can into sending them money. I am keeping the messages and if they keep calling I will refer it to our attorney general. Probably junk debt someone owes that is beyond the collection date and these are bottom feeders looking for a quick payday.

call me and said that iam being sue by clivi law this is the numbers that came on my phone called me told me i better called them back are i will be sorry is i don call them back theft me.

I received a call from them asking for someone that used this phone number.,I advised them that this person was not here and I have been giving the person the messages.So they took it upon themselves to throw threats and tell me this person they called for PERSONAL business. Then had the NERVE to question my education once I started getting upset! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

These people have been calling me for years. Just a bunch of idle threats.... Dont even give them the time of day.
