Several calls - never leave message on answering machine.

it's a collection agency. Found two addresses associated with this number:

A lady called my ex-in-laws from this number 404-523-0411, specifically asking for me or my current husband. I have no idea how or why they called my former in-laws looking for me, especially since I've lived in the same home for more than 8 years now and divorced my ex husband more than 10 years ago. My ex in-laws live in one state and I live in another. No message was left, other than demanding a phone number to be able to phone me. Then when I got home today, there were 2 hang up calls from this same number, no message was left on the machine. I don't know what they want, since they won't leave a message. Who do I contact about these harrassing hang up calls being made to me and to my ex-in-laws?

Calls often and clicks over to a automated machine.  Really weird!

How do you get rid of these people?

There is no way to stop these jerks. I had to change my cell number cuz of them and now somehow they found my new cell number and are harrassing me. Am going to have to change it again.

First Financial, a collection agency in Atlanta Georgia has been calling my cell phone dailyly-am & pm fot months on and off. There seem to be several #'s they use. Mostly they don't leave messages, but today they demanded that someone should call 866-235-9588 x1203 and ask for Tammy Porter. I have NO idea what this is in reference to since I do not have any credit issues, and the message did not state what the harrassment is in regard to. I spoke with them before & asked them not to call my cell since it is a work phone & told them they have the wrong person. I now plan to take action against them. calls family.harassing and lie upon lie. They won't stop. I have reported them and written letters to them to cease. All that doesn't help they are ruthless..and they will not co-operate with you on anything. Do not allow them electronic access to your accounts at all...they are thieves and liers

This is first financial. They have harrassed my whole family. I advised them to only contact me via letter and asked for the address. was told they would send me a letter. they didnt. never gave address for me to send no phone contact letter. they break all kinds of FDCPA laws. When I advised them I worked in collections before and knew they were breaking laws I was told to get another job to make some more money to pay my debt. Its not even MY debt!! Do not give them any info. They also tried threatening me with taking my home and filing leins which they can not do in my state. DO NOT let them scare you.

Calling my work number

I have live in my residence for over 7yrs, and out of the blue i get a phone call from this collection agency clain=ming of a debt owe on a car that was paid off prior from a different collection agency. they claim that letters (certified) were sent to my home, but have and apt #. If they were a legiated company they would have my current information. They also threaten, curse and extremely disrepectfully and all this was coming from a supervisor level. I have check my credit report this matter was investigated and clear. Next step will be legal matter. thsi must stop once and for all.

never seen this number before on my cell but reading these comments I realized who it was for .I then called the number after 10pm (est)and put in a fictious last name for an employee then just kept pushing the number one(1) until I came across the "LAWYERS" EXT. So for those of you who can afford a lawyer have them contact the companies "Lawyer".(I called from my house number which has a caller ID block).

Valerie Williams is hiring for 3rd party collection agents using this same number. It is a collections agency and they specialize in sneaky gray area harrassement. They will call from multiple phone numbers. This number is used along with other 866 numbers. Do not answer calls from this number.

A call from this number just came in on my home phone at 12:03 March 3.  I answered the phone.  The party on the call was asking for my husband's ex-wife.  In fact, he called her by name.  We live in one state and she lives 5 states away, and has not been married to my husband in 10 years.  I gave him, what I thought was a current phone # for her but reassured him that it may not be a active number. Then he all of a sudden realized that he had a cell phone number for her.  I hope this number does not appear on my caller ID any longer.
