Same called from fraud scam based out of Georga left no message today, but has left others.

Call and ask if he's related to LeBron. If anyone would call that number they'd be the one in trouble.

This person call me saying I have a charge from some payday loan in which I never done this is  very irritating I want to sue them for Harassment .I was told I will be facing jail time for this

He called. He ran the same BS. If he calls again, I will get the VoIP IP address and trace his ass. Once I have this entities info, will post it here.

404-537-1391 called me again, same people. Said they were legal processing on the caller ID, i pressed 1 and gave them an ear full. I did not have my call privacy turned on yet, figured i wouldn't need it today. But I do. The woman said can i speak to Lisa, ****, i immediately hung up. Then she called back and said Lisa **** you have a fraud claim against you for a worthless check, this is private investigator blah blah blah. Reporting them to the Georgia, GA and gonna see who else i can call to get this idiot people off my phone.

I haven't gotten a call from this number several times from "Deborah Jones, with the legal fraud division" telling me that someone has filed a claim against me and that I should select 1 to talk to a legal rep."  I have no idea what she is talking about and since it is my work phone she calls it is quite annoying.  What can I do about it??

Until you can identify them, your legal options will be limited.  There is no law enforcement agency with the designation "legal fraud division".  That is name made up to scare you into paying this extortion fee.  The best you might be able to do at this point is ask your boss to put a call blocker on that phone.  They like to call at work in an attempt to embarrass you into paying.  Do not pay them one red cent, it will not make anything "go away" and will result in your getting many more calls because you will then be put on an "easy marks" list and sold to other criminals.

I already talked to level three communications with their fraud department. I found them!!! They are doing a search to pin point their exact location and contacting those people that keep threatening to arrest me. I will post the results, when i get them!!! They are a scam!!

Talk to agent Edwards told me that I have a fraudulent check claim against me. Would not give me any information on what company or what bank I supposedly Took a loan from. could not pronounce the name of my city correctly. When I told her I would rather go to court .. She stated .. Good luck and wear a suit and tie.. Said the D A would be contacting me .. Can some recommend a lawyer for this...

Shirley carmichael called me again today. Now her name is Brandi, something or the  other. Couldn't make out her last name on my voice mail. She said to call back cause it was a worthless check and i'm being investigated. She even announced she was a private investigator. At the end, she says due call back, OKAY?! idiots i have talked with level 3 communications, they are preforming a search on my complaint and will shut them down diligently, after the search is complete.

I received a call from this # scared the heck out of me, I was almost going to send them some money until they asked for a credit card #. Then I stated that I didn’t have a credit card, then he said I could do Western Union, but he never came back online to give me the information and he kept putting me on hold so I finally hung up the phone and put this # in google and I saw that it was a fraud #(tyj) cause they were getting ready to get $600 out of me that I really didn’t have the guy name who talked to me was Chris Williams #(404) 537-1391 ext324 and gave me a case # of 717470. Somebody really need to stop them from scaring people. Oh and first it’s an answering machine that calls you telling you that you have a Felony against you.

Same call here! I want to report this to the local news station to let everyone know it's fraud! The bad thing is, they will have a new phone number tomorrow. I don't like that they have our personal info. I asked them who they bought my info. from and they hung up on me!

Kevin James has left me two messages since yesterday telling me I had a fraud charge against me and need to call back or retain counsel and have them call. Freaked me for a second because I was identity thefted, but then struck me as odd that he didn't use my name or reference a case number in the message for when I called back. So found this info. Blocked their number although I do wanna ask him if he's related to Lebron like someone else suggested!!!
