I accidentally picked this call up thinking it was family from Atlanta, looking for someone who doesn't live here (but same last name as mine), identified herself as Kecia at 866-691-3568. If they call back I'll program my answering machine to block them.

This place is ridiculous!  They have called me on several occasions. The first call they only had my full name correct and all other info they asked me to verify was wrong so the girl apologized and said she would remove my number. The next time they called they had more of my info correct, which I am assuming is because I "verified" it for them on the first call. I explained that there is a mistake and the girl got extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me. The third time they called I told them that I would file a discrepancy report, which I never did and have no intention of doing, and the final time they called today I told them I would sue for harassment if they called me back and I hung up on the girl. This place is completely bogus! I have never ever had a phone line with the company that I supposedly owe, and I have never even lived in the state that they have a debt listed in. These people can kiss my a$$!!

Once again, yet another new number for this scumbags....Never leave a message and call from a new number every day. Call all you want, i just never answer...Oh, and if this debt that is claimed to be owed was real, i would have gotten communication on it a hell of a lot sooner than this...I have a house, car, and a job of 12 years, credit record is clean...good luck [***].

just got a call from them on an account that is closed.  i've asked them previously to supply me detailed information of which they are not able to. i had told them that I have filed a police report and they had to remove my information since this has been off and on for 2 years. the lady then said if i wanted to remove my number i had to send a letter in writing and I asked her for a mailing address and not a PO box and she went silent. she was still on the line because i could hear voices and i kept asking her what is the address. then i said i was recording this silence on my computer and would reopen my case and hung up. i researched them previously and found that they buy old "collection" accounts that might have been settled or closed and try to reopen them again by obtaining any amount of payment, otherwise it will go back on your credit report. so dont pay a cent or give them any information until they are able to produce all the paperwork of the collection account being sent to them by the creditor or whoever - which they will not be able to do since they only have bits and pieces of your information.

This is the first phone call from them I actually answered.  They stated that they were trying to collect a debt on a cellphone in the amount around $300.  To which I replied that the debt was over 10 years old, and they would have to wait till at least March.  They asked when I would like to make payment arrangements.  To which I replied, not right now...you can wait till at least March.  She replied w/ if you hadn't paid in 10 years, why should we take your word for those 3 months.  She then asked when I was next getting paid, and I said good bye.

Then I came on here and hunted down the following numbers that have called in the last week, and come to find out that they are ALL connected to the same company: 443-313-1380, 620-662-8870, 205-423-4020, 757-864-0020, 731-984-7690.

I do know how collections work. I also know that once a debt is 'charged off' the customer is not 'required' to pay it.  You can choose to pay it, and that collection agency then gets a 'bonus' for collecting that debt, no matter how old.

I'm emailing, mailing them, and making a copy of information for my records.  If after that, it doesn't work, I'm reporting them to the MN Attorney General's office.

This is the 2nd time my has received a call from them on his cell phone. He has no outstanding debt, he's not even old enough to incur debt. I add the numbers to the reject list as they come in.
